I bought a 2011 navigator for 12k there, about 2 weeks ago. Everything seemed to he great. My wife and I really like it. Until the end of my work week Sunday night. I get off work and get the truck washed. I then head home as I'm backing into my driveway, I have the window down, I hear what sounds like a knocking noose coming from the motor. I park and it is most definitely knocking. I immediately shut it off, and head inside to tell the wife. The next morning I check the oil and there .5-1 in. Of oil on the dip stick. I have had this truck for two weeks and haven't even received the plates in the mail yet. I ask my neighbor if they could get me some oil. When they return, I go to fill oil and notice a milky substance in the oil fill area. I have not seen any external leaks nor has there been any low oil or low oil pressure lights that illuminated. Why calls euhardy's and in a nut shell they say as is all says final. On the buyers sheet, with all the boxes they check off during inspection, it sad the only thing wrong was the rear wiper didn't work, and that everything else was on the up and up. That is clearly a lie. So now I have to have a new motor out in, which may cause me to cancel my out of state Christmas trip. I am very livid with these people, and would absolutely love for something to be done about this. So I am leaving this review, and will be speaking with my local Ford dealership about pricing for a new motor. I suppose next steps would be to speak with an attorney. Any advice or help on this matter would be extremely appreciated.
