    9-13-2021 had installation of gutters to a two story house. When the estimator had come a month prior I had explained in detail where I wanted the downspouts, and how the upper should be connected to the lower. About 1/2 through the install noticed a section had pushed up the bottom row of my shingles. Asked if it was supposed to look like that and a more experienced gentleman said no and fixed it. Inspected when they left & there was sharp metal cuttings strewn around the yard which my dog could have easily cut his paws on. They also installed a downspout the wrong way & the upper gutters to join the lowers was not done. Emailed them **** explaining the issue and it was not as I had requested with the estimator. Recvd email back **** apologizing for the error and they asked for pictures to address what needs to be done. Sent pictures of 3 drains on the roof. Heard nothing for a week so sent another email on ****. The reply: I was on the schedule to come out & change the downspouts, but was going to be another month or longer. I paid almost $1400 for the gutters which I promptly paid when the correction was completed the end of October. A couple of weeks later recvd a second **** for $165 to fix THEIR error! I refuse to be extorted for a 2nd ****. This company has harassed & bullied me for 4 subsequent months demanding payment, tacking on late fees. The absolutely worst part, is ALL the gutters leak at the *************** so what was supposed to be a positive move to improve my home has only made it worse. I cannot express how horrible this whole experience was and this company has been. I never asked for any refunds, just wanted the job done right and they are threatening me now in an email sent 3-21-22. The practices of this company need to be investigated and if hopefully others learn from the nightmare I am still going through. I am willing to fix all the leaking gutters on my time and dime and would like to stop being bullied for an erroneous second ****.

    In response to the *************************** complaint.  We did the original work as estimated on 9.13.21.  We returned to connect the upper gutters to the lower gutters on 11.1.21.  This was not part of the original estimate. We are extremely busy and we got to the her complaint as quickly as we could.  We charged for additional material and a service call to make the requested changes.  We have since written this **** of $165 off.  The work was completed above and beyond the original estimate.  We consider ******* **** paid in full and wish her well.
