Very dissapointed. I was recommended IHN by a "family friend" of the owner ***. The work was half done, and my house was left a mess. There was old water splattered all over my stair well walls, wood shavings all over the basement including in my washing machine, on top of my dryer and in the sink between them. The technicians told me i didn't need a water softener and they removed mine "free of charge" so now i have no pipes to the water softener OR a water softener because they took the liberty (or laziness) of me not needing one in ********** which ive found out you definately do need one. In addition to that my quote said "to remove all galvanized piping from basement" which there was pieces pushed up and left in the cieling to hide them. in addition to that i still see 4 piece of galvanized pipe that have not been removed and replaced and 2 of them are now leaking. I am extremely disapointed and cannot recommend you waste your time. **** in the office was so nice and helpful dispite the absolute trainwreck following her. The owner himself denied my request to fix the work that they could not complete. So unless you want a half done job, by an owner who is not a man of his word and cannot stick to a contract i highly advice you stay far away from IHN Plumbing.

Jim came promptly on Friday, July 26 and proceeded to make a drain tile test in our basement. I got the bill a week later and paid promptly. Expecting a proposal to repair our homes foundation, over three weeks later we have not heard anything despite making several calls answered by their office receptionist. My wife is ****** *** and expect her to make a personal call to your office in Pewaukee. Warning, y.all *** ** ***** *** **********

Had a non-draining kitchen sink due to a corroded iron fitting near the main drain in a crappy crawl space. IHN tech was somehow able to access the fitting and replace it. Very happy with IHN Plumbing...will use them in the future.

My current water heater failed. Contacted Inh who had a tech come same day to provide quote. Once I approved quote, company was able to install me a new one the next day. Great service, very professional and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround. I recommend Inh to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I have had *** Plumbing perform work four our homes in Milwaukee and Brown Deer during the past 25+ years. They have performed various types of services including: Toilet (repair, replacement), Kitchen sink (repair, replacement), digging up front yard to replace pipe damaged by roots of a tree and installation of a new sump crock, sump pump, etc.). They have performed all services promptly and the cost was reasonable. Early after taking occupancy in our Brown Deer home, I had a conflict with Jim *** regarding a leak in the kitchen faucet that the builder had installed but Jim had tried to convince us to replace. I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that a recently installed faucet could be defective. Jim tried to tell me that it needed to be replaced but I rejected his advice. As a result, I stopped using *** Plumbing. I now realize what a huge mistake I made in doing so!! Fast-forward a decade and I had another plumber come in to look at the faucet which had been "repaired" over the years but never replaced. The new plumber, a very reputable firm, charged us $800 to replace the faucet on a job that took less-than-an-hour to replace. It functions very well, of course but it would never have come to this if I hadn't been so damned stubborn and obstinate. By the way, the new plumber basically affirmed what Jim tried to tell me a long time ago! I sent in negative feedback about Jim *** all those years ago using this forum. I would now like to "man-up" and humbly apologize to *** Plumbing and Jim *** personally for my previous negative comments. Jim was absolutely right about my situation. Jim ***, please accept my most humble apologies. I made a terrible error in questioning your expertise and I sincerely apologize. I hope you will agree to work with me again!! We are very pleased we hired IHN for our sewer lateral replacement. Jake came to our home and put a camera into our sewer line and showed us that we had a 3 inch hole near our curb. We were given a proposal for the work and choose them to do the work. Today they were at our house by 8am. The men were courteous, respectful. They worked together as a team and were finished by 3pm. They had everything completely cleaned up no debris was left. Even our basement steps were wiped down. We give them a 100 star rating and recommend them highly. Mike & Rose, West Allis
