    I ordered bathing suits from this company. Prior to buying, I checked their return policy, which states the following (copied from their website):Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.I didnt want any of the suits after trying them on. So I contacted them immediate via email (as instructed on their website). They replied to me trying to negotiate a deal to keep them (20% off). I responded saying that I wanted a full refund and asking for the shipping instructions. This happened a total of three or four times, them negotiating (30, then 50%) and finally requiring I photograph each suit w the sanitation liners for refund. I did that and the send me an address specifying I needed to send w a tracking number (at my own expense). I went to **** sent it, using the exact address grace sunny gave me (like I printed straight from their email) (and additional +$20 to ship). It was returned to *** after 10 days saying that the recipient had moved!This company is a scam. They dont abide by their own refund policy as listed on their website.

    On FEBRUARY 26, 2024 I ordered five swimsuits online through the company GraceSunny. I reviewed their return & refund policy/procedures before ordering these swimsuits knowing that some might not fit correctly. Feeling comfortable with their refund and return policy, I placed my order. When I received the suits, I promptly tried them on and decided which ones I wanted to keep and which I wanted to return. I wrote to GraceSunny's customer service on Sunday April 28th requesting a return label to return two of the items I purchased. They promptly responded asking me questions about the items I wanted to return (why I wanted to return them). I answered their questions and again requested a return label. They responded again offering me a 20% refund and no return label. Our emails have gone back and forth, each time me requesting the full refund and return label (per the directions on their website). At this point I would like to report this company for stating clear return/refund directions on their website, but not following through with those statements with their customers. Now I am stuck with these swimsuits that do not fit me and the company refuses to offer me the return and refund they advertise on their website.

    I ordered a swimsuit from GraceSunny. Before ordering I read the return policy. It stated, full refund if returned within 15 days of delivery and to contact the company for a return address. I have emailed and sent FB messages. I get replies offering a discount and asking me to measure the swimsuit. I continue to tell them I just want to return the suit for a full refund but they will not give me a refund or give me the return address.

    I placed the order on 1/2/24, received the items on 1/11/24, and requested a refund 1/13/24 (reason: wrong fit) via email per their return policy. They have since emailed with me back and forth asking various questions but have refused to answer my question on how to mail the return to them. I simply want to return the items for a refund. I understand I will have to pay for shipping but I expect a 100% refund. I can't send the return without an address.

    I ordered 2 bathing suits from this company on July 8, 2023. These suite were delivered on July 17, 2023. They did not fit. On July 19, 2023 I emailed this business explaining that they did not fit and I needed a refund and I wanted to return them. I have the email trail attached for your review. Their policy on their site says within 15 days they will provide a full refund and return. To this day they refuse to offer me a full refund for my suits and I have not been able to return them. They are brand new and just do not fit. I simply want my money back and they refuse. Even though it says that is their policy on their site.

    I ordered 2 swimsuits in June for $69.86 - they didn't fit, so I initiated a return within the posted refund window. I emailed back and forth with the company for weeks, only to receive offers about partial refunds (20%, 30%, 50%). I filed a comlaint with my credit card company, and they began an investigation and issued a temporary refund to my account. I am still going back and forth via email with Gracesunny, it's obvioualy a scam. I don't expect to receive a refund from the company, at all.

    Order #**********-992345-045 . Ordered a swimsuit in late July and did not like the fit. Item is unused and in new condition. I followed instructions on website to request a return on 8/12. Response from GraceSunny was to avoid return and offer me 15% refund which I declined. They emailed a few more times, each time pushing me to keep the item that I did not want for a nominal refund. I declined. Finally they requested images of the swimsuit which I promptly provided showing sanitary tape intact and suit in unused, new condition. Since then, no communication from GraceSunny. I want a return address, RMA and refund minus freight for this item as promised on their website. They pressured me to keep the item to start and are now flat out ignoring me. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend this website!!

    Per the website gracesunny's return policy, I contacted them within 15 days requesting my return. I have now contacted them 3 times requesting the return to which they try to offer another, lesser solution. I understand I will pay for the return shipping, but I am still trying to get my $29.99 back from my order. In the attached documentation you will see the 3 email responses I received not accepting my return and their return policy. I have also attached my order information.

    I purchased swimsuits online from Grace Sunny on 7/6/23. The swimsuits were delivered to my home on 7/14/23. None of the swimsuits fit my body type. Per the return policy, I emailed customer service to obtain the return address so that I may return the swimsuits at my expense. **************** kept pestering me to take a partial refund instead of returning the swimsuits. I went back and forth with them 5 times within the 15 day return period, and not once did they provide me with an address. Now I am passed the return period. This is just awful! Can you please help me contact the vendor so that I may return the products and obtain my rightful refund?My order number is 1688695971-903277-704 I was in contact with *** and ***** from ********************************* and I have attached all email communication in a Word document.Thank you.

    On July 10th I placed an order at Gracesunny.com for 3 womens bathing suits . They took 2 weeks to arrive one of the bathing suits never arrived and when I contacted them they admitted it was out of stock and I can be refunded. I was never refunded. Upon their return policy I emailed them to get a return label as both bathing suits I did receive were of Poor quality and didnt fit at all. They said they would give me 20% if I kept them. I thought that was odd and didnt want just 20% I wanted a full refund. They now will not answer my emails. So I paid for an item I did not receive and they are not allowing me to return items that is within the online return policy guidelines. Keeping money without me obtaining a good is fraud and online false advertising if they keep your money and a return cant be done. Upon further research I am far from the only person to have this experience and they do not seem to be a legit company. My order number with them is #**********-853197-468. Please help me rectify this situation! I spent a total of $79.02. $28 of that I consider stolen since the swim suit was out of stock and they took the money from my bank account. The rest I would like returned when they provide me with an address to send the other 2 swimsuits back. My guess is there is no address since they are running a scam.
