    January 28th, 2022. We booked a reservation a Pullman Motel in *********, **. When we arrived there was nobody there to check ** in. She called and told us that the door was unlocked and that the key was left in the room. We signed nothing. When we arrived we didn't notice anything wrong with the room as we dropped off our luggage and then left. We got back after dinner around 10pm. That is when we noticed how absolutely disgusting the room was! There was what appeared to be a cat nail in the bed with blood and looked like bodily fluid stains. The ceiling in the shower was coming down, there was mold in the shower and it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, it was disgusting. When we opened the shower curtain, there was a dead body smell and brown flakes were falling off of the shower curtain onto the shower floor. The kleenex box appeared to have a white substance in them. The comforters were brown and the towels were soiled with blood and stains. I reached out to the lady who called to tell us to just go into the room at 10:33pm, she didn't answer. We left, I was throwing up with the disgust!! We had to drive 1.5 hours to get home. I sent her a text at 11:26pm and told her that we were on our way home. I asked for her to simply return our money of $88.79, that's all we want! Sunday morning the 29th I sent her a text with pictures of the room at 9:23am, again no response. I sent another text on Sunday the 29th at 6:06pm, requesting she just respond to me or I would have to take another avenue to get my money back. Well here we are, please just help me!
