Just Kitchens and Baths just finished replacing my whole bathroom set up by removing the tub and taking the walls of the shower down to the studs then installed a new shower pan and complete shower surround and did all plumbing, replaced the floor, vanity, and installed a new merrow with light inside, installed all the electrical for lights and vent fan panted the inter room and added new floor molding, Greg was very easy to work with and worked with us from start to finish and always made himself available whether it was to meet us at the hard wear store to help make a decision or to pick up materials as well for any questions and resolve any concerns along the way. He worked hard and his work was excellent and very professional I am very happy with choosing Just Kitchens and Baths and would recommend Greg to anyone.

Just Kitchens and Baths recently did work in my bathroom. The old floor needed to be ripped up, sub-flooring put back in, cement board on top of that and then tiles placed. One wall needed to be torn down and replaced. Greg also installed the new toilet, placed the vanity and wall light, and cut the bottom of the door shorter to accommodate the newly higher floor. Unfortunately, I do have some disappointments regarding the final outcome. While it is true that the floor and toilet are solid, I feel that the overall attention to detail was lacking. I have given a rating of 3 stars, which is over half. I had hoped that going through the BBB would result in a better outcome, so I am frustrated that it didn't. I am trying to give Greg the benefit of the doubt, based on the two other reviews here, the A+ rating, and the BBB accreditation. I understand that Greg was sick during the time that he did the work in my bathroom, therefore I am hoping that the workmanship issues are a result of that. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Greg, because I can't say for certain that his workmanship was lacking due to illness, or whether it represents his consistent level of performance. The bottom half of the wall was not hung straight, resulting in gaps in two areas. I had wanted the whole wall done with the same material for surface outcome consistency, but Greg felt it was a waste of money, so he used regular drywall on the top half, which is not ideal for bathrooms. The floor tiles are not laying consistently flat. Many stick up further than the surrounding ones. The time to figure out if a floor is flat and even, is before the tiles are placed, not after. I don't know what went wrong, but it's very disappointing. The vanity door does not open and close easily like it did before Greg installed it. The door is a soft close one, but now has to be forced open and closed. Hopefully I can fix that issue. The hot and cold lines are reversed, which I can fix, but shouldn't have to.
