While living there I could never get ahold of anyone from the company. Lot Rent was increased nearly double. It would be cheaper to buy a house. My neighbors and I were finned for water meter running up after the main water line broke. I was sent a bill after paying all my big bills including lot rent. My partner finally got ahold of them. given 5 days to pay and 15 days eviction notice if not paid in the winter time. Not enough time to get into something else. Will probably have to put the *** **** and live out of my vehicle due to the way they conduct business. I’m not a criminal, I’ve always paid my dues. Now good chance I’ll have an eviction on my record. I don’t recommend renting or owning property on their land.Review from Becky J

This business does not care about their tenants. Only about the money. I'd like to see one of them live in what I do, without complaints. They haven't done what they say they'll do. Raise rent and don't care.Review from Tammy B

I wish I never got involved with this company. They raise the rent a few months after we got into one of their properties. Started billing us for every little thing they could think after we signed the contract with them. You can never get a hold of them when you have questions. This company says they are going to make improvements to the park but never come around. They are so unprofessional and unreliableReview from Suzie K

I did not even want to give them 1 star, they don't even deserve that!!!! . In my opinion, as I've rented from This company for 4 years, which is 4 years too many!! This company does not care about the tenants or the health and safety of their properties. They ignore any and all communications with them. Do Not Rent From This Company, no matter what!!!Review from Chee T

Emily V. is a very unprofessional and unreliable property manager. I have been trying to set up a showing for her for the past week and a half. It took me several days of double emailing/texting her to finally set up a showing, which was short notice for the next day. I am out of the Wausau area and have been telling her I need to plan ahead of time to make the trip to view the properties. I move my work schedule around for the showing time. On the day of the long-delayed showing, she cancels. Not to mention that she offered to show me multiple properties, that day, and to my understanding that showing was just that. Turns out, she was only going to show me one property that day. Had I made the trip, which is a couple of hours drive for me, I would have only seen one, when in fact SHE asked me to make a list of the properties we were going to view that day. Overall, very poor communication and initiative. Can't imagine if I had actually signed with this management how issues would be resolved in the future.

My mother and I rent from this place and it's the same story from year to year. They want their rent and don't do repairs until it's paid. They want to evict their tenants even though they can't keep anybody living in their properties. I've been told before not to gossip about them but It needs to be heard so the county of Wausau will take action against this crap filled business.

These people are definitely not the people you want to deal with. They don't pay their bills on time. Nor do they treat people with any respect. I will myself be taking the necessary steps to collect the bill owed to me plus all late and legal fees. As well as filing complaints with several government agencies about the practice they have of skirting zoning etc

I and the other tenants have never been so mistreated by a company. Ever since these guys have taken over the QOL here has dropped. The property manager does not respond to calls or messages. It took over two weeks to fix a major water leak from them installing a water meter. Now they have pretty much doubled out rent. If you see these people coming. Run.
