I hired Kahoo digital to build a blog website for me which they did, however I paid them for services to manage my website, and for SEO which they did not do. I paid for my yearly web address fees for my website address, which they did not pay and I lost my web address. They owe me money for services rendered that they did not do and they will not pay me back! They were supposed to turn all the information about my website and everything over to me so I could go to another business which they have not done. They are scam artists theyll string you along to get money out of you and they will not do what youve paid them to do!Review from JS G

I would give them negative stars if possible. This company goes back on agreements and has frauded me of $5,500. They provide the wrong information and when you ask, they begin to berate you. They are refusing to honor our agreement. Do not use. There are plenty of other reputable companies.Review from Angelia H

These ** rod me of $1250 dollars, I'm going to get me a lawyer on them I will not stop until I get my or that out of business. Some guy Mike ***** wants my to cash app him money, Do not work with this company.Review from Emily G

This company is behaving fraudulently. My husband and I got an offer back in November about a special for building a website for our new business and at first everything was going fine. They offered us a payment plan and worked with us, but then they bounced us between three different people and each one gave more technical jargon and fewer straight answers than the last. Then, about a week ago, they took two charges of $200 that we did not authorize and tried to claim that we did. We called them out about their unprofessionalism and demanded our money back because we have proof about there being a 100% moneyback guarantee, but they kept giving us the runaround and tried to justify their actions and say it was too late for a refund. Do not do business with this company because they will take your money without permission and claim they didn't do anything wrong.Review from Ramon D

I Paid for a custom website “upfront” (Paid to Kevin) In the Amount of $4,919.00 I Stopped production after 1 week. And yes I did agree to pay 20% because work was already in progress. So yes it’s only fair that I do pay the 20% . But the remaining 80% hasn’t been returned to me, Kevin and another gentleman by the name of Sam have been completely giving me the run around. And I feel as if I’ve been robbed by these people. Every time I call them to check on my refund they brush me off, give me an excuse, or just won’t answer. I have 5 small children that I raise, and I did explain this to Kevin and to Sam but it’s like they don’t care because they’ve already received my money, I just want my 80% back to me, my family and I are not rich. And it’s not easy taking care of children on your own. This is really stressful and really stressing me out. Why would a business take advantage of any customer, especially if your a business that’s affiliated with the “BBB”.
