I ordered a 2022 **** Maverick from Courtesy Auto in Truck Center in October of 2021. Only proof of ordering I received was a receipt for my $500 down deposit and a printout of my"order". I called to check in a number of times, which I was either put on hold to leave a voicemail to not receive a call back for 3 to 4 days, if at all. I called every 1-3 months and was basically told "we have no idea" for at least 6 months every time. My order was converted to a 2023 model and I was told I didn't need to do anything to have the order redone, so I just kept contacting the employee I had been dealing with with no response. I tried contacting the **** chat service, but they said I was supposed to have an order number and/or VIN number from my order, which I reached out about and got no feedback on. I was finally told around May 2023 that there was a build date set for June 6th. 3 weeks later I got three calls within 24 hours telling me that it was ready on Thursday and then again on Friday and Saturday, which is more communication than I had received in the previous 6 months. After ordering, I reached out asking about the *********** and student recognition programs and was told not to worry about it until the vehicle arrived by multiple parties at the dealership. When we got to the dealership on the day of our appointment, I was told that the vehicle was "exactly as ordered", even though items were missing. The maverick had 30 miles on it with a small dent in the fuel door, even though it had been ordered for me specifically and I had waited 21 months for it, which I mentioned at the time. I was never offered to test drive a maverick at the dealer. It was also never offered to get financing info or lock in a rate when ordered, when I could have potentially gotten a loan with almost half the interest rate that I did, had. I have called the dealership and customer service line, having spent probably 12+ hours on hold, and haven't gotten anywhere, just transferred endlessly

On March 15th 2023 I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu on June 1st I took my car to the mechanic because the air conditioner was not blowing cold air so I thought I needed Freon or antifreeze in order for it to work my mechanic called me and told me my car had been in a car accident that the radiator needed to be fixed so I contacted *********************** the sales represented at Courtesy Auto and Truck ********** she told me that she would look into it and talk to her supervisor later that week I ended up contacting them to see what was going on she then inform me that her supervisor said that I caused the accident of my car and that they were not going to be able to help me I even told them that I will bring my car in to let them see that I did not cause no car accident nor am I trying to get paid for anything but for my repairs to my car I sent her a copy of the receipt of how much it would cost to repair the radiator the ** compressor ** condenser ********* and oil and to add antifreeze I sent some pictures of the radiator that's damaged and I also sent them pictures of the outside of my car showing no damage all I want is for them to be fair and pay for the cost of the air conditioner I filed a report with the ********* ********** of ************** I've sent them pictures the agent's name was ********************* investigator number 984 he reminded me that the car was as is which I know and also said that the courtesy Auto Truck Center is not liable because they did a visual inspection prior to resale so to me that's saying that they didn't even try out the air conditioner to find out that the air conditioner is not working Plus Courtesy Auto has had the car from January 2023 which is winter too when I bought it in March 2023 so if they were to turn on the air conditioner and it's blowing cold air it's because it's cold out I would have never known that the air conditioner was not working until it got hot out I'm mad that they're blaming me for something I did not cause
