Ben from top notch was hired to cut down one tree, grind the stump and pull up three bushes. The first day he cut the pine tree down, took full payment, and said he would come back soon for the stump and bushes. It is now 6+ months later, and the stump and bushes are still there in my yard. He has told me several times that he is coming "next weekend" to take care of the remainder of the work but never follows through. Lately he has stopped answering the phone or responding to emails altogether. Find a better tree guy.

We contracted with Top Notch Landscape, ********* ****** ***** **., Waukesha, WI 53189. to cut down two Ash large ash trees and one large spruce. They also trimmed two 40-year-old locust trees. They arrived at 8 AM sharp on Mar 8 2022 and did an extremely professional and efficient job at it. They had to access the neighbor’s yard and did a fair amount of work in it but left it without a trace of use. Both they and us secured permission ahead of time. They went above and beyond when they trimmed the locust trees. We were pleased that we didn’t have to ask them to do additional branches nor incur further cost. We would Highly recommend Ben and his crew. They returned recently to finish the stump removal. A job well done! John & Jeanne
