  I purchased an online childcare course for $135 on August 2nd, 2023. I thought I was purchasing an actual course. On November 1st, 2023 I received an email from them saying the access to the course has expired, The only way to regain access to the course was by paying them another $135. I contacted them and they had informed me that what I had purchased was a 90 day access to the course, not the actual course itself. They do not clearly state this anywhere. I feel they are misrepresenting themselves and taking advantage of people. They also claimed they sent 2 notices of expiration before the course expired. I did not receive either notice only the notice that the course was expired.(Order #******]

  Customers have to acknowledge by checking a box that they understand our completion policy that states you have 90 days from purchase date to complete any coursework. They are required to do this before we allow them to purchase any online courses.  She was provided the actual course not just a shortened version.   Customer only completed a small percentage of the course and only worked on it a few times in that 90 day period.   We clearly state that courses that arent finished in that time period will require you to register and pay again.   When doing this individuals get to start where they left off and dont have to redo any previously completed coursework.
