I was quoted a price of $185 to move a bar from garage to basement. It took the young men maybe 10 minutes and she charged $545. Misrepresentation of cost and I would hesitate from using their service since you might get shell shock of the actual cost.

Owner, Geneva R***, is dishonest, unethical & rude. My dad's move was scheduled on a Wednesday. She called Monday asking to move him a day early, on Tuesday. SHE STATED SHE TOOK ANOTHER JOB ON OUR MOVING DAY. I told her our timeline didn't allow us to change the move to Tuesday or Thursday either. This date was booked 2 months in advance. She didn't listen to me, interrupted constantly & kept badgering me "help her out." After 2 conversations I gave Ms R*** a hard no & asked if her movers would be there at 8:15a Wednesday as agreed. She said she'd have to call me back on Tuesday. Fearing we would not have any mover, I texted her later Monday evening & asked her to provide packers & packing materials for free in exchange for moving Tuesday at 10a. She agreed stating "the movers will come out & get started & she would come to do the final packing." An employee showed up at 9a. According to him, he didn't know they were moving us that day. I'm sure he was there to do reconnaissance because the movers showed up but no Ms R*** or any packers. My sister called her & was rudely told that she & I only agreed on her packing the kitchen & she stated that was already packed. She then threatened to pull her movers from the job immediately. The movers did a good job but the owner is a piece of work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ZERO STARS.

The owner ********************* contacted *********************** regarding the move for her dad . The customer wanted a time of 10:30 am for movers to arrive. Our day starts at 8 am and we can never guarantee anyone that we can start mid-morning. We had another customer at a nursing home that needed to be moved that same day but he needed his power bed moved in order for him to be released from the nursing home. Geneva called ************** asking if they could possibly change their moving day to a day earlier or the following day as we had availability at the time. She replied that they would call back and let her know. They called a time later and said no, they didn't want to upset their dad. ****** said ok, and if they changed their mind and could that they should let her know. At 10 pm that evening, ************** called Geneva and said that they thought about it and could change for the day earlier if we would pack some of the kitchen along with some boxes for free. Geneva agreed to packing some of the kitchen for free, along with using a few boxes for free. At 10:30 pm another call came from ************** asking for MORE boxes for free, just in case. Geneva sent someone over to the house the next day to evaluate how many boxes would be needed for the packing. The kitchen was already done and there was no packing to do. While the movers were there on the day of the move, a call came in asking for use to please pack the dresser mirrors for free. ****** said she wasn't doing anything for free that day. The mover's said she constantly wanted them to do things for free. We are in a business which we pay for our packing material, and we pay our help by the hour and are unable to do everything for free. We feel ************** is upset that Geneva would not do anything for free and not that anybody had upset her dad.
