Company warranty is a joke. Bought a tire/wheel package for around 3300.00. Tried to have tires covered because the tires and wheels are out of round (and I have a video of it.). Called the company they said they don’t cover anything it’s the manufacturer, but they only cover two tires . Well I have four tires not two and they should have taken care of the customer. Bought a package for 3300.00 and now I can’t use them. Tried to rebalance 5 seperate times by different shops and they don’t balance out. Now I have to take the hit of 3300.00 for a tire/wheel package I can’t use!!! And they will not help me to get replacements. Company should be closed and also left two reviews on their website which they never posted! Company is a joke!!! And I am not the only one to experience this from them.

***** - We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to provide a bit more context to this matter.  The package that these tires came with were purchased on 9/30/23.  We were informed of balance issues on 6/30/24.  The issues we were informed of weren't made very clear and it was stated that they couldn't be balanced.  The shop statements received weren't clear on what tire/wheel was at fault and given that it's highly unliked that 4 tires are out of round, we advised that we could send in 2 tires for inspection per *******'s warranty policies.  This was refused and ultimately the matter closed out.  At this point, we could recommend a road force balance be done so that we can truly determine if all 4 tires are at fault or if it is a single tire that is at fault.  The issue here is that the shop statements provided do not give clear evidence of said issue/how many will not balance.  We'll be reaching out in an attempt to assist further on this as we haven't had any contact with you since 7/3/24.  Thank you.

### Review of Custom Offset Wheels I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Custom Offset Wheels. My initial order arrived damaged, which was a major inconvenience. It took a week to get a replacement wheel, during which I had to pay for a new one upfront. Despite clearly informing the customer service representative that my wheels were ceramic coated, the replacement wheel I received was not.When I finally got the wheels mounted and balanced at a shop, I discovered another major issue: I had received four of the same wheels, even though they were supposed to be true directional wheels. This means that, instead of having wheels that spin correctly in the same direction on both sides of the vehicle, I have one side spinning one way and the other side spinning the opposite direction. This experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The company's handling of my order and their customer service left a lot to be desired. Needless to say, I will never make another purchase from Custom Offset Wheels again. This was a poor business experience from start to finish.

I purchased ATV accessories from this company as their rep told me the item number to use. They did not fit and customer service was only interested in passing the buck to the manufacturer. I did not receive my money back after countless emails. Buyer beware!!!!

They sent wheels that were manufacturing mistakes. Now, unfortunately, after many calls, emails we were told "" sorry we cant help""Fitment Industries Attachments 10:04AM (5 hours ago)to me Good morning,I heard back from the manufacturer, unfortunately, they've denied the wheels under the warranty due to road hazards. The manufacturer inspects the wheels to be sure they are not out-of-round before they're shipped out, and when we mounted the tires to the wheels we did not see any issues plus the wheels/tires did not require an excessive amount of weight. Attached is a copy of our balancing report. With all of that being said, it leads the manufacturer to believe the wheels were bent by some kind of road hazard like a pothole, curb, debris in the road, etc. I wish I had better news! We can offer a discount on a new set of wheels if you're interested.If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know!Thanks,Brittany Fitment Industries

**** - We apologize for any issues with your order but there is a bit more at play here.  These wheels/tires were delivered on 3/20.  We were contacted on 4/9 with the claim that there was some shaking/vibration coming from the wheels/tires.  We advised hub rings to be used in an attempt to resolve the issue. We were later provided with a shop statement claiming that one wheel was possible bent/out of round.  We advised that the shop confirm via a balance report but we were than provided with a second conflicting shop statement showing that all 4 wheels were bent.  It is extremely rare for something of this to occur and the fact that it was not brought to our attention upon installation reveals that this possible damage was likely caused by a road hazard such as a pothole.  We will attempt to reach out to discuss this further but it should be noted that warranty claims are the direct decision of the manufacturer as is clearly stated on our FAQs.  We'll be in touch.  Thank you.

We ordered a set of wheels and tires from Custom Offsets in Feb '22 for our Ford F250 which have been used for 10,000 miles. We discovered bubbles on the rear tires which was determined by a local tire shop that it is because the tires were not rated for our truck. Despite the fact that Custom Offsets' website STILL filters these tires for our year, make, and model truck, they refuse to accept responsibility for this because it's been too long. We are now having to pay to replace these tires again, when we shouldn't have to replace them for another 40,000 miles. We will no longer be using Custom Offsets for any future purchases nor do we recommend them to anyone else.

This matter was discussed internally as well with this customer.  It was found that the customer bypassed our load rating warning that is directly displayed on our website.  At no point was this purchase made in a misleading way as we provide our customers with access to resources throughout the buying process as well as warnings for purchases that *** be aggressive for their vehicles.  We also allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge given the vast modified community that we work with.  We're unable to assist on this order due to the fact that a warning was very clearly bypassed, coupled with the fact that this order is well over two years old.  

I agree with these past customers, terrible customer service!. I left voice mails and all I get is nothing on my end while waiting. It's 4 months now, my shipment was supposed to be shipped 2/5/24, no updates on my order. Terrible! They already got paid, I just need to cancel my order so I can progress with my **************** for refund.

We unfortunately do not have control over production of any parts and unforeseen delays. We also show that our team has been in touch throughout this process and also it should be noted that 2/6 that a refund/cancelation was requested. I ordered a rims and tire package from this company . The rims and tires were mounted from the location where we bought from Custom Offset. We installed the rims on our service truck. That is a 2014 Ford F350 diesel service truck. We have no idea about the tires and how they measure the ply. apparently when I went and had an oil change with my truck, they said that these were the wrong tires for this truck and that we’re really dangerous to be running on this truck. Multiple times we contacted the company, custom offset and no resolution , except for they will send us new tires if we pay for them at a discount price this is unacceptable. They sold me tires that we specifically put in their computer system that the information they needed as the proper rims and tires. And we got the wrong tires for this truck for this tires rating and unsafe and a road hazard. We should have at least 10 to 12 ply on this truck for a tire rating. We have 4 ply on this truck now. The company was very rude to me on the phone. The guy was really arrogant whoever I talk to and I will never do business with this company ever again. Please be aware that when you’re entering information just because you did it to their standards doesn’t mean that they’re going to send you the right tires. I’m in a heating business. I don’t know anything about tires, but when I had my service truck inspected, they failed me on the wrong ply tires. Being a rim and tire company. They should know what tire that they’re selling for this particular vehicle and it should have a load rating for this vehicle in which it does not.

***** - We apologize for any inconvenience but this review is lacking a bit of information.  We allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge and our website builds recommendations out based on sizing of wheels/tires that previous customers have used for a particular ***.  We also have a warning for any customer about to purchase underrated tires so that they can double check their vehicle prior to checking out with possible underrated tires.  This can be easily recreated on our website meaning that this warning was bypassed/ignored upon purchase which is not something that we can be held liable for.  We have always asked that if a customer is unaware of fitment or other specifications, that they reach out to us directly for assistance.  A vast majority of our customers are working with heavily modified vehicles, hence the reasoning we allow customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge.  However, again, we have warnings, tools, and assistance in place for customers to reach out prior to purchase and installation of any product, but these were neglected.  We'll be reaching out to discuss further but please note that this is a matter in which we cannot claim fault.  Thank you.

I Ordered wheel and tire Package on 8/30/23. On 9/6/23 I was told the wheels I selected were on backorder, and encouraged to pick another wheel. I selected another wheel that day and order was confirmed. On 9/22/23 the wrong color wheels were delivered mounted to the correct tires. Multiple days later I was told they would ship the correct color wheels, and I would be responsible for getting them mounted, and balanced, and returning the first set of wheels. On 10/10/23 another set of the wrong color wheels were delivered. It is now 10/17/23 and have been waiting multiple days to be informed on how to return these items that I did not order. That is 7 weeks since I paid for an item I did not receive, and have no date on when I will receive what I ordered. There is no one you can talk to on the phone to get answers, you have to wait multiple days in between email responses. Terrible experience and would recommend shopping locally so you dont have to deal with this company.
