NCBS replaced our roof and we are pleased with their work ethic, their politeness, their honesty. Due to weather they had to work around rain, wind and backlogs caused by the weather. While some may be impatient when things don't happen as quickly as some want or need, mother nature calls the shots when it comes to things like replacing roofs. Wes H***** was always helpful, truthful and pleasant to deal with. The job was done in one day, no mess left over, the workers all were pleasant and friendly. The price was reasonable, the warranty outstanding. We are completely satisfied with the work.

North Central Building Solutions. Salesman Chris was very nice but when it came time to finish the jobs they was contracted to do he would not reply and most of the rest of the company was the same. 1st part of contract Roof went just fine. Second part installing Siding my mother purchased well after it was delivered to their sight all went silent. When it was delivered there I talked to them and it was to be installed that week or the following week. Well when the following week came no one would answer my Text's or phone calls. Finally e-mailed the owner and called him twice. He did finally call me back and went over the problem with him. I was told he would take care of it and get back to me. 3 days later called him which he did not answer. Left him a message that me and my sone was going to get out siding. Never a reply from him. When we got there to pick it up there was no one there and the gate was not closed or locked. The 10,500 worth of siding was left in the weather. Boxes had been soaked and was all messed up. We got it home and stacked and tarped so no more damage would happen. Now my 88 year old mother has to get another contractor here and get it put it up. I would not recommend anyone use these people because they can not be trusted to take care of your property or contact you when you might have a problem.
