    Good afternoon,

I am responding in regards to the complaint ****** ****** made about the concern for bedbugs. *** ****** did reach out to our local health department which promptly responded to inspect the rooms were bugs were of concern. I have attached a copy of the report issued by the health department. Because they did not confirm any findings a refund was not issued. If you have any questions or concern feel free to reach out. My phone number is 681-252-3191, I am in the office Monday through Friday from 9am to 4 pm, just ask for Lauren.

    Thank you.
