This company has the WORST customer service ever. I've been trying to get in contact with them over my partial order that wasn't delivered. I've made several attempts to contact them, but no one has responded back to me thru email, you can never get anyone to answer the phone nor can you get a response thru ** messenger! I wouldn't recommend no one to order thru sports fanz! WORST customer service ever!

Company is a complete joke. No communication, shipping label created, nothing shipped, still no communication. Stay away, doesn’t appreciate business, there are plenty of other places who’ll at least communicate. Requested a refund after this fiasco and no communication again. Fraud

After ordering from the company I began to search if it is legit. After searching I thought I was being scammed. Today I received my item. It is a legit company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and you will NOT receive your product. They will not answer emails. They ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 college football puzzles(Alabama & Auburn) which I only received one. This was going to be a gift to one of my sons as I was going to have it framed once put together. I was so excited that I got a 1000 piece puzzle put together in 2 weeks until I realized one piece was missing right in the very center of puzzle. I was disappointed but I called and emailed customer service and sent them pics of completed puzzle showing missing piece. All I asked for was for them to send me the missing piece. Their response was to email me a link to the manufacturer of the puzzle for me to fill out a claim which says this has happened more than a few times with other customers. I filled out the claim but have had no response since. I finally emailed Sportsfanz back inquiring about this issue but no response. I finally have requested a full refund because I should not have to chase down a replacement thru the manufacturer that provides their products. This is just shifting the responsibility off themselves. They need to find a different supplier of their products they sell in my opinion. I am currently waiting to see if they will do the right thing and issue me a refund before I end up disputing the charge with my bank. Whatever happened to good customer service? Do businesses now have such an abundance of customers that they don’t care if they lose a few over bad business practices or poor customer relations?

I ordered a set of headrest covers for my vehicle I never received them I didn't get any emails back after I emailed the company numerous times they are frauds I would never purchase anything else from this company extremely bad business

If I could leave a zero star review I would about a million times. I order something in June for someone for Christmas obviously thinking it would be there by December. After receiving the incorrect item not once but TWICE and dealing with the email for the business, I finally was able to reach someone by calling the place. The man told me I needed to go to a mental hospital for being a little sick and tired of not receiving my item by mid December. Worst business ever. Do not order from them unless you want to have the biggest head ache of your life.

I ordered and received in 7 days. Perfect condition. Communication with the company was awesome. I will definitely order again!
