    I ordered some parks from Stocktee December 2 their shipping says 5 to 15 days. I was hoping I’d Get these before Christmas I text them and they said they were on their way now it is January 1, 2025 and I still haven’t seen the product do not ever order from Stocktee again they do not keep their promise very disappointed never again.

    In April or May of this year I purchased, on line, a Detroit Lions shirt from Stockee. When the shirt came I put it in my closet and didn't think about it until a few weeks ago. I put it on and it was too small. I contacted the compaany for an exchange for a larger size and they told me I had to take pictures and measurements of the shirt. Since I am handicapped, it was a real problem to do that. I contacted them again and was advised that they would give me a 25% discount for another shirt. When I told them that was not what I wanted, and to please send an address for me to send back the shirt, they informed me that the warehouse was in Vietnam. Since postage would be prohibited I again asked for a full refund They will not honor my wish, so I am not stuck with a shirt I cannot wear. Their customer service is the aboslute worst! I cannot remember how much I paid for the shirt, but I am sure they have records of my transaction. Please help! Additionally, I can send you the emails that we have shared going back and forth, I just don't know how to do that!

    i ordered a pair of Green Bay Packers tennis shoes for my husband's 75th Birthday, he has been a Packers fan since the 1950's. However, they came in a box that looks like they pulled it out of the garbage dump, and they are not monogramed. and they were women's shoes. I tried to contact them, but no one answers the phone. I texted them a couple of times and I was told they had to be in their original box with all the paperwork attached, well they didn't send any paperwork. This is the worst company I have ever delt with.

    Purchased from Stock Tee a ** **** Jacket as a Bday gift for my Husband on 1/14/24. Got a order confirmation, receipt confirmation even and they took the $129.98 - and have not received (with priority mailing). The phone number on the receipt just rings and rings - no answering machine. Sent an email also. Looks like I got scammed. Will be disputing charge with my bank today. Wish I had seen these complaints and reviews previously. Any one know what *** ***** *** is? They are the one's who sent the receipt.

    Ordered a shirt and the quality is not anywhere near what was expected. It's cheaply made polyester and very thin. I've emailed them several times and they refuse to let me return it or give a full refund.

    Date of the transaction : Friday August 18, 2023 Receipt number of #********* was provided in the email confirmation Received email confirmation of the purchase of tennis shoes, for a total of $139.98 same day as purchase, have received nothing since. Attempts to reach 'Customer Support' by the information provided on the email confirmation yields nothing - message states "We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us" Site is ********************************** Phone # provided on the email confirmation - is always a recorded msg stating they do not have adequate staff to answer all calls, so they ask for you to leave a message, and they will return the call. I have not left a message as I do not want to provide them with any additional information from me, i.e. a cell or home phone number

    Ordered ***** sneakers on September 25, 2023, never received any information about when they would arrive or was my order even placed. To date I have no sneakers and over 200.00 was taken out of my account on the same day. I tried calling them all I received was an answer machine that quickly hung up before I could put in any information.

    I order a buffalo bills shirt for my moms birthday. It was &46.98 with shipping. My Oder number is **************. I ordered on 8/18/23. Have not received the package yet. I emailed 3xs the first time the item was still being processed. The second time they said it was shipped days ago and gave me a tracking number. I looked it up it’s in china. The third time was actually a ** message. They said my order was held up at US customs and they would do everything they can to help. They also always reply to messages really late, like midnight.
