    I ordered a size XL pink ***** **** tank from Peri+Co back on June 1st. Item did not arrive until June 21st. Upon opening the item was the incorrect size. I immediately tried to call and got no answer. I contacted the e-mail address the shop uses and not hear anything back until June 26th after sending a message to their ******** ********* account. The owner said my e-mails had been going to her junk folder. She said she didn't know how this could have happened and asked for pictures to verify that what was shipped was a Large and not an XL. I provided the pictures she asked for so she could see the tag was the incorrect size. We made an arrangement that I would physically take the item back to her shop which is in the town where I work and swap it for the correct size. The store has very limited hours and I visited the shop on July 2nd after being told by Jordan the owner I could stop and change out the item. She told me she would not be there but a staff member would be. Upon arriving the staff member had no information nor item for me. She contacted Jordan and then tried to give me a tank that was not what I had ordered. When I said this was not the item I was looking for she then said Jordan had forgot I was coming in and that it had been mailed and that she would sent me the tracking confirmation. I left my phone # for a follow up on how to resolve the issue. I have also sent several e-mails, ********, and ********* messages since and have not recieved a response nor the shipping info. The business posts regularly on social media and even today made a story on their ** that people should e-mail them and not send messages to their social as they are hard to keep up with.

    Placed an order online. Owner claims they didn’t see it and didn’t know delivery preference despite my selection of home delivery. Multiple emails exchanged. I wanted a refund after four weeks. Was delivered some but not all of order. Have had silence from business since then. I just want a refund and cannot believe the unprofessional savior of this business.

    On January 30, 2024, I placed order ***** for a total of $125.08 at the shop online. The order included 2 WV grab bags, a Mini Colletos doll, a bum bag, fur vest, floral bubble shirt, and a 20 oz tumbler. The Mini Colletos doll was a pre-order that was supposed to be in mid-April. When mid-late April came around and I still hadn't gotten a shipping notification, I decided to shoot her a message to double check on the order. I was ignored. There is no phone number listed for the business, so I filled out a contact form on the website, which was never returned. I attempted to send multiple emails and messages, all to be ignored. I commented on a post she made, which was immediately deleted and I got an email saying "I don't have any emails from you. Can you resend what you've sent?" so I replied in the thread twice and was ignored. I attempted to comment on her recent post again since that seems to be the only way she can communicate, and it was immediately removed and I never got a reply. I tried filing a complaint through Shop. This is my final attempt to get my money back since she cannot communicate.
