On February 25, 2024 I took my daughter and my sister to get our nails done. My sister paid for herself I paid for my daughter and myself we got a manicure and a pedicure at check out. My total came out to be $180 and my sister’s total was $110. We paid and got receipts, and the merchant receipt did not have a place for a tip and we left. On February 26, 2024. I woke up to a notification from my bank that a total was changed and my card was then charged $230, I’ll let my sister know that they changed the price on my card and told her to check her account. I called the nail salon and informed them of the overcharge on my account and told them that I would like a refund and they proceeded to hang up on me , my sister checked her account on February 27, 2024 and noticed that she was also charged a $50 increase to her card. I have disputed it with my bank as well as she has but the customer service is horrible. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone .

On February 25, 2024, the customer, her sister, and their two little daughters come to my nail salon. The first woman had the pedicure with gel polish and French tip for $55, and the full set and design for $75. Thus, the total for the first woman is $130. The second woman had the same service as the first woman, so the total for her is also $130. The first kid did a kid manicure for $15 and gel polish for $20. Therefore, the total for the first kid is $35. The second kid did a full set and design for $70 and another $35 for pedicure. Thus, the price for the second kid is $105. We also informed the customer in advance, and they agreed with that.
The first woman said that she was going to pay for their full service, which is $130, together with the first kid service, which is $35, and only the second kid manicure for $70. The total that they were supposed to pay us is $235. However, we forgot to charge the pedicure service of the first woman, which is $55. Therefore, we only charged them for $180.
Similarly, the second woman supposed to pay $165 including her full service of $130 and the second kid pedicure for $35. However, we forgot the second women pedicure service, which is $55. As a result, we only charged her for $110.
After that, we just realized that we forgot to charge their pedicure services, so we called them right after that, but they said they will not pay us back. Thus, we called the bank to process each of the woman for $50 in their tip instead. We gave each of them $5 off, so a total of $10 for both. However, we already called and informed them in advance, but they insisted on NOT paying us and will report us for this.
We all agree that if they do not want to pay, we will reimburse $50 back for each of the woman. However, my employees worked really hard, and now they won’t get paid for what they did. Afterall, I will talk to my bank and reimburse them the money back. I project that they will receive their reimbursement in about 7 to 10 business days.
