    I brought my 2011 Honda CRV to Pioneer Honda of Parkersburg to have my transmission replaced. I paid $300 to them as this was my deductible for the third party ******* Warranty. They replaced my transmission. When I went to pick up my car. My panel that covers where you plug in the computer was hanging down and my dad went to put it back up and it was broken. I drove the car home and my check engine light came on by the time I arrived home. The next day I called and spoke with David the service manager and he said well I guess you can bring it in and we will look at it. I did not drive it to work and had my dad check the transmission fluid. It was not reading on the stick and my car was on a flat surface. There was no fluid spot where my car was parked. I took it back to Pioneer on 10/19/2023 and David said that it was “a little low” but did not provide me with how low or any documentation. I kindly asked him for a copy of my service warranty. He stated that it was already provided, but I pulled out the paper provided and it was not on it. He hand wrote it on paper and stated he would sign it. He did not sign it. He told me that they thought it could be the knock sensor throwing the code and if it comes back on that they could see if my ******* would cover repair. I parked the car three weeks until I could afford to drive it to ******. I took the car to ******** and they printed the code results for knock sensor for me. ****** determined that the knock sensor was never plugged in after repair. I feel this was a deliberate effort to make me pay for unnecessary repairs. I would like a copy of my warranty and assurance from someone that if I have further issue it will be handled accordingly.

    On 8/9/2023, I took my 2023Honda fit to Pioneer Honda to have a recall taken care of but in the process broke the wheel speed sensor. They said it was Honda's policy not to fix thing that were broken during recall. Pioneer refused to fix it. It was going to cost $280. I took my car back home. Now tractio control and ABS doesnt work. I all want is for Pioneer to fix what they broke.
