Description: Online Access & Services (Funding Sources, Business Plan, Proposals, Applications) 12/03/2020 Promised to provide me with a grant to start my own business. I kept calling for a year after the transaction was made for them to tell me to wait until I received a letter from the grantees which never happened. Amount paid was $217.00. I've tried calling them back about 2 to 3 times a week with no answer.

The company offers a 100% money back guarantee if you are unable to receive funding after using their services. I was unable to receive funding so I called, and they said a full refund would be issued 10/11/22 I never received my refund. I have called and emailed the company every day since and have not gotten any response. The company owes me $217, and I would like my money to be refunded per their guarantee as I provided them with all the proof I needed, and they approved the refund.

This company contacted me earlier this year in regards to a social media post I requested information on. After speaking with representative Tammie ******* she had me under the impression that for a one time fee of $217.00, which I paid that I would/could potentially receive a federal grant. Well after sending the company my information, that they requested so that they could in put together what they call a 20-page docket, and after my review and official signature, which I have not signed off on to date, they would then send my information to the federal government for review. Well unbeknownst to me, they actually offer grant services, which I didn’t find out until after several attempts, calls, text messages to the company and telling them that I would contact the Better Business Bureau if I didn’t hear back from them. So then is when I found they were not advertising the actual service that they actually provide. So then I am told my account is assigned to some guy, I can’t remember his name honestly, who’s supposed to be working with me on hopefully getting my application completed. I had maybe one or two phone conversations with him and that’s it!!! The last time I called in trying to find out what’s going on with my application so that I can approve everything if it’s what I’m agreeing to and sign off on, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching in any staff. I’m automatically transferred to their voicemail, with no return emails, or phone calls after I have left several detailed messages. I want all of my money back!!!!

I wanted to get an grant for my business, I end up being screwed by this COMPANY FUNDING TARGET, A lady kept calling me and texting about helping me write a proposal to get a grant, the worse part is that she made it seem so easy. I end up paying $217 for this program and this company has not yet delivered what i paid for, I never knew i had to send the proposal out to whatever company I applied to for the grant, now I am still waiting for them to send the applications of the company to send out my proposal work that I have to do myself which I didn't know I had to do. I would of kept my money and find a way to write out an proposal myself. I am disabled and these people bascially is scamming alot of people out of thier money. I wish I never paid these people. I lost big time.

I applied to get assistance with grants for my small business over a year ago. I am currently seeking a refund because the company has done little to not work that was initially described. I have yet to receive any grants or loans and I requested a refund and I've been calling for weeks and I can never got an answer. I've left several messages and still no one will returny call. When I called from a different number I was able to get an answer, as of now no one had called back about my refund.

I paid for a grant service and was told about a money back gay renter for dissatisfaction or rejection. I am dissatisfied with the service as nothing has transpired in the months from beginning of use of the service. I have not gotten any info from them after approving the draft and selecting the programs. I was told I could and would be able to get a full refund and have refused the refund. I have spoken 3 times with people regarding the refund and have been told I had to wait for certain dates now those dates have come and gone and the third person told me I am not entitled to a refund for dissatisfaction with the service. I only paid for the service because they said there was a dissatisfaction refund. When I asked for my refund the third time I was told they do not give refunds for their poor service and lack of communication. I have not received anything from the company since July 3, 2022 about my business plan or grants. I want my money back. If I knew I would get jerked around on this service I would have never given them a penny. Very disappointed that I was told one thing and the complete opposite has happened.

We paid them back in March for their services. They were to supply us with a list of grants to apply to and if we don't get approved we can get our money back. After paying and receiving our info, we were ghosted for weeks at a time with no return calls or emails. They finally supplied a list 3 weeks ago to which we applied. NONE OF THE COMPANIES WERE EVEN OFFERING GRANTS!!! We told Funding target and they said they would look into and send us a new list by friday..that was 3 Fridays ago and once again we were ghosted. Will not return our phone calls or emails and haven't received any updated list. Everytime we call to complain they lie. The first time they claimed our rep had a full conversation with us on a certain date which never took place, wish it did but it did not. Then when we call today we were told we received an email, which again we didn't or we wouldn't be calling. After we asked for a refund, the rep said well they went looking for other grants for you which is above and beyond what we have to do...thats literally what we paid you to do!! He said well I see you did get a list but you were denied. We said we were denied because the list you supplied wasn't even valid or real, the companies weren't offering grants. He said well it will take 15 days to process your refund but I will have someone call you by the end of the day. Guess who didn't get a phone call and got ghosted once again...us!!
