My name is ***** ********* I have tried for months to get get these garbage people to contact me so I can start garbage service and the garbage started packing up on me because no one would contact me back.. when I finally did get someone on the telephone I tried to get a truck to come and pick it all up.. for the month it was at the end of May.. but was told they did not have a truck large enough that could carry all of it so I had to pay someone to come and get the garbage and I told them that I would start paying it on the first of June and for them to start picking it up on the 1st of June for myself and my grandson.. I sent check in for us both on the 1st of June.. the garbage was picked up one time in 3 months.. and that was on the first week of June and then it was not picked up again when I contacted them I was told that I needed to pay for another month the month of May. they did not pick up our garbage they cannot tell me that there was garbage in that bin when I know that it wasn't I had to have it hauled off.. so someone is telling a big lie when there was just four small white bags for the whole month of June.. that had been left there for months and if they got it at the end of May for that week.. it is on them because I told them not to start coming after it until June.. now they're trying to make me pay another month before they will come and start getting my garbage.. and this is not right.. it takes us months to get someone on the phone just to start garbage pickup and they will not release this area to someone else that can come that is closer that can pick up our garbage that is in ****** just down the road from us.. as I said I am 62 years old.. I am very sick I am on oxygen I cannot walk I have a heart condition.. and I do not need to be treated this way.. if people would start standing up to businesses that treats us like this maybe things will get a whole lot better. It may be just $22 but it is the principle of them living.
