    My dryer door broke on Dec 18th, 2021. The front glass shattered while drying clothes. I filed the claim that day. I was sent the info on a dryer mechanic that ***** works with. They contacted me and I spoke with Massie's United from Williamson, WV * ************. He ordered the part and then I didnt have any contact with him for a while. I called and he advised me that the parts took about 3 to 4 weeks to get here that due to Covid they were delayed. I have went 2 months with no dryer, with 4 people living in my home. I purchased this warranty thinking if something did happen that they would take care of the problem. Boy was I wrong. After several weeks of not getting any info from Massie's United owner, I had to go to ***** and have someone try to call him. They also called ***** Protection plan that day and they advised me that someone would be calling me to speak with me within 3 days. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. After a couple days Massie's United owner called me and advised that he was sick and couldn't get to my house to put the part on. I told him I understood and he said that he would try to get me in the end of the week which was around the 18th of Feb. I have since heard from him and I have called and left messages. With no return phone call. I am tired of getting the run around. ***** ******* ******* ******* ***********6
