Absolutely horrible customer service. Once the money changes hands they no longer care about the customer. They never answer the phones or return phone calls, the manager and the service department employee will not get up out of their chair to go find help they just offers to email someone in the same office for you. Every singe person I have had contact with are extremely rude and very unhelpful. I spent over $80,000 dollars and right after i bought it they needed to fix something and argued over a 200 dollar rental car bill refusing to pay for it. I had to have windshield replaced and i did buy coverage for this and they told me i had to have ****** put it in and when they could not calibrate it they said i would have to pay for it since i had ****** do it? I had a dealership in ******* while on vacation do diagnostics and try to fix the problem, we needed a new camera and when i took this in to show the dealership here they refused to look at it because they didnt do it. I took it to another dealership in town and they were more than happy to look into this and order a new part. There is so much more to complain about but i am running out of space to write this. I have never seen a place so rude and unwilling to help their customers. Definitely do not recommend this place for anything. When you ask them for corporates number or who the corporate manager is they tell you they dont have a corporate for this office, and give you fake emails to send complaints to . I would give this place a negative 5 stars if possible.

The service department was doing warranty work on my wife's GMC acadia. They told us it would be 7-10 days for the work. It has been 3 months and they still have not started the work. I would have gone somewhere else except that it is not drivable. They finally started the work after 3 months only to find out that there was more wrong then they originally thought and need to wait to order more parts. I would recommend you take your vehicle to anyone else before using Caspers *********************** Also when you call in they never answer their phones.

One star because no stars isnt an option. I special ordered the **** Gmc at4x HD. I received the truck. Two days of owning it I noticed the tires were rubbing on the fender. Come to find out the bumper was installed wrong from the factory. This dealership offered to fix it at my expense. By finding another trick to drive while they have it for a couple days. Terrible customer service for a dealership. The manager was supposed to reach out to me. Its been 3 weeks and still havent had him call.
