I'm looking for an update on my claim. Despite several calls and emails to , I've received no response. I got a 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty with the home I purchased in June 2024 and filed a claim on July 17, 2024. No one from 2-10 Home Buyers has contacted me or given any updates about the necessary repairs. Although someone came to inspect my kitchen floor on August 20, 2024, a month after my claim, there has been no further communication.Since filing the claim, we've reported sinking floors in our kitchen, entryway, and bathrooms. Despite using all available communication channelscalls, chat, emailswe receive no follow-up. As of September 17, 2024, it will be 60 days without resolution. No new homeowner should wait this long for repairs. We have over five issues listed, including squeaks from loose subfloors and separations in wood flooring throughout the house. Adding more problems to the list seems pointless if these initial ones aren't addressed.sprinklers heads are leaking water out, 2 in front of house and the 1 in the back is not working correctly it does not spray water.Missing window screen on basement window was caught during walkthrough, dishwasher was installed incorrectly has voided the warranty due to the installer using screws to attach to the cabinet.bathroom upstairs has hole in floor where a vent is with no ventilation to the room.window upstairs was put in upside down and has a chunk cut out of the corner.Backyard gate will not open or close without having to push the whole thing up

We have addressed your claim and forwarded it to the relevant subcontractors. Currently, there are three outstanding warranties. As previously mentioned, the flooring issue is being attended to; however, it will take some time as we need to reorder and reinstall it with a different subcontractor than the one originally used.
We have also reported your garage door concerns to the garage door company and are awaiting the arrival of the ordered screen. For updates on all warranties, please refer to the 2-10 warranty portal.
We experienced some issues with the portal and the warranty management process, but we are working diligently to resolve these for you and all our customers in the future. Thank you for your patience.

I was originally given 12 months to turn in any items that needed work for my new house. Their representative addressed all the concerned items in an email just days before the 12 month period ended in 2022. They began correspondence via email (which I still have those emails) with me in 2023 about the work and began the work, during the beginning the of the year the original contact stopped replying back to me and the other contact took over. I stopped hearing from the other contact at the last of the 2023 year and now cannot get ahold of anyone from the company about finishing the warranty work. Monument homebuilders is the head company while Tru-Grit Noco built the units. I cannot get a hold of anyone from either of them. True-grit is a Colorado company while Monument is a Wyoming company
