  Bison Peak was hired for plumbing and gas services ( material and labor). After starting the job and not completing he never showed up again, refused to answer phone calls, and has also failed his obligation for warranty work on issues.

  I received a complaint from ****** **** regarding my plumbing services. I will start by saying I went above and beyond for ****** and *** ****** *****. When they called I was there, they were my number one priority for the summer of 2021. After completing the first home every thing went very smooth, but by the second home there was an additional bathroom being added in the upstairs guessed room. My standard price for an additional bathroom at the time was $3500 for a tub or shower, toilet, and one sink. The additional bathroom that ****** was adding is a shower, toilet, and TWO sinks, but I still gave him the same price considering I appreciated his work for the summer. In 2020 I started and finished a home for *** ****** which they also added a bathroom in the basement which was a tub, toilet, and one sink, and the additional cost was $3500 (this is just for a reference to my standard bathroom price so ****** does not make it seem like it was a surprise!)
  
  The problem came when ****** **** and **** ***** wanted to negotiate a lower price for the additional bathroom which I did not budge because I felt that they were already getting a deal. By the third and forth home, the same request was made about the bathroom which I still refused to lower my price on. Between the forth and fifth home I had a vacation planned for my honeymoon which ****** knew about in advance, and while I was away for one week ****** had been contacting other plumbing company’s to take over my position, I know this because my brother Jason M**** with V&J plumbing and heating was one of them and he can attest to that. Also ****** told me because I would not lower my price for the additional bathroom, **** ***** wanted ****** to look around for a less expensive plumber. I told ****** that’s fine but I know I have one of the best prices in town and I felt like **** was nickel and diming me (I have these conversations VIA text message).
  
                  At this point when I returned home from vacation, I was still told to withhold from starting the fifth house because **** ***** did not want me to. All the while; at that time I had THREE checks that were being withheld from me from the previous houses which were 100% completed and inspected and later I learned that it was because if they wanted me back to finish the last two house that they would make sure I would show up before they paid me!!! I obviously found this to be completely unprofessional, controlling, and in other words a slap in the face considering how much effort I had put in for *** ****** Construction the summer of 2021. It is for this reason that I had to verbally say that I would start the fifth home only so I can get paid from the previous houses I had done for them. At this point once I received my checks I was extremely uncomfortable and uneasy starting anything more for ****** Amen, **** ***** and *** ****** *****. I found there actions spoke far beyond there words and I truly felt that I would be pulling teeth to receive any future payments. It is for this reason I left the disappointing and unprofessional *** ****** *****. As for my plumbing services they  were all completed 100% for each house I did and for each section of the house that I did, so there is nothing that I owe *** ****** and there is nothing more that they owe me now that I FINALLY received the checks I was owed and deserved.
  
                  As for any warranty issue; I have not received any calls, voicemails, texts, or emails regarding WARRANT problems with my plumbing services
  
  I would Never refer *** ****** Home to any plumbing company in the future, because they have NO loyalty and are unprofessional.
