    Purchased a 2020 **** short test drive car ran great did the paper work got the car as I have a little kid with cerebral palsy told ************ needed a good car for wife to get kid to Doctor appointment at ******************************* in ********* an the next day headed to ************** the suv shakes so bad when driving at speed limit of 80 on highway called dealership and was told It was due to the roads, but they just repaved that area not willing to even look at basically, just blown off after you do the paperwork we dont even get up to those kind of speeds getting to do a short test drive Ive been trying to call an talk to the manager an no one picks up Called a **** service department an the *** said by the sounds of what is going on it could be a bad torque converter need to have checked out

    The sales representative that assisted you with your transaction was waiting for a call back to find out if you were taking the vehicle to a shop or bringing it to our location but we never heard anything back other than bad reviews to following day. We are willing to help with this matter and have been willing to help. You have an appointment for 9:00 am 9-5-2024. The sales Manager has also spoke with you about this matter being handled. Please let us know what else we could have done better to further assist you. We apologize for any troubles this has caused.

    On 6/19/2024 a sales person named Jed called me out of the blue from Nissan Auto asking if I was interested in buying a truck. I have bought 3 cars from Nissan Auto in the past. He insisted on me giving him more and more information. He asked for my social security number. At this point I asked him to NOT run a hard pull on my credit. HE PROMISED NOT TO. I checked my credit and he did anyway. I am very angry that "Jed" lied to me. I want the hard pull removed from my credit report. That is why I am filing a complaint.

    Like the client said, he has done business with us in the past and is a valued client, he gave us permission to pull his credit. That is all what we did.

    05/20/2023 I made a payment of $5,000 down on a 2012 Chevy Silverado that had 158,000 miles on it. They changed the front end 3 weeks after I had bought it and the service receipt says 248,083 miles on it. They false advertised the mileage I have paycheck studs, bank transactions, fuel receipts paperwork with the stated mileage.

    To whom it may concern,

    Mr. Southworth came in June 25th to get some service work we had promised in his purchase. At the time of his arrival the setting on his dashboard was changed to kilometers for some reason. When our service advisor wrote up the ticket, he didn't catch that it was in kilometers. Days have passed and Mr. Southworth came in to the dealership on July 4th,2023 and spoke with management about his concern. Management walked out and saw the easy mistake of not reading the miles properly and changed the setting back to miles. Brower Brothers Nissan has also contacted Carfax to make sure the he didn't have any discrepancies on his Carfax report. This was a simple mistake of not reading something properly and Brower Brothers feels like there is no concern here. I have attached the proper documents so show proof of what actions we took to make sure Mr. Southworth is taken care of.
