    I have been staying here since 1/06/23 and it’s currently 1/10/23. The first night I stayed in the hotel, the toilet handle fell off and when I took off the back of the toilet to try and fix it, it was filled with black mold. All of my pillows in the room had yellow stains on them and the pillow cases had red dots(possibly blood). The second night in the hotel I woke up with a bed bug crawling right next to my head and they gave me a refund for one night($57) and moved me to the room directly next to it and then booked someone in the same room that day. The next room they booked me in was better except there was a lot of black mold on the bathroom ceiling and I saw a cockroach. All my pillows had yellow stains again. I had to get this hotel because I’m a student waiting for the dorms at Easter Wyoming College to open for the semester and really can't afford anything better. Today I’ve been itching a bunch and have similar symptoms to what the internet explains for mold exposure and that’s my biggest concern. They don’t have a housekeeping staff and the manager is the only person who cleans the rooms. Which makes it understandable why the hotel is in such a bad condition. But it doesn’t make it fair to me or to others. The black mold is really making me feel bad and I have to stay here until the 14th because I literally can’t afford anywhere else. The aesthetics of the hotel are nice at least. I can tell the manager is stressed because he has to do everything himself and the owner doesn’t care at all. In fact the manager told me the owner gets mad at him all the time when bringing up concern’s. The manager doesn’t deserve to get treated this way. He’s a nice guy and just trying to pay his bills. He has his daughter working here at night. Meaning there’s only two employee’s running a 100(not sure the exact amount) room hotel. The owner needs held accountable for their actions and the way they treat the hotel. I’ve spent $500 for the week and want a full refund.

    He stayed 4 night never complaint at his exit we asked him on viedo that how was his stay and he said "great and price was great" but if he find out such a bad things with our hotel why he stayed four night?

    Hi,
    I was looking at the response from the business. When I left the building there was no one at the front desk, so I set the key on the front desk with a note saying my room number. Meaning I never said "great and it was a great price" on video like they're trying to say I did. I even walked around the building a little trying to find the manager to give him my key, but I couldn't find him. I had to stay there for the time I did because my house  lease ended on the 6th and I was waiting for the dorms at the college to open, so I could move into them. I only had about $500 to work with for a hotel and food, so it was my cheapest and only option at the time.
