I bought 2025 Nissan Pathfinder from the dealership in December 11th, 2024. The finance manager at the dealership is absolutely rude and i am feeling like being discriminated for what i am asking for. Initially he said to me that there is a cost of maintenance and insurance and i said i understand so give me paperwork which he didnt give me. He said i will get them at the time of signing. As soon as i bought the vehicle i found out that my auto insurance is covering me for the products like extended warranty, value of vehicle, and accident and health insurance. So i asked him to cancel them and his answers were like you cant do it, you signed papers, its kot my job to do it, its between you and nissan canada, not my responsibility. He has never responded to any my emails including the void cheques that i have emailed him. Such a shame in the sales industry particularly the *** the dealership and the finance manager, the general manager is dealing with the situation. I have got the confirmation from Nissan Canada that it has been cancelled and the dealership will refund the amount straught into the loan so when i asked about it, the finance manager said he doesnt know about it and if it is cancelled, it is cancelled. Its not my thing and i am not going to answer anything about that and have a good day. Is this the way someone should be answering the questions? I am feeling like discriminated for my race and color and the way the situation is handled as if it was from someone local person, the treatment would have been different is my belief. I am looking for refund on for the amount of $5000 and for that i am getting rounds and rounds from Fish creek nissan and Nissan Canada. If this situation is not handled, i will definitely go to consumer court for resolution.

Purchased used Chevrolet Tahoe on march 8 2024, magic inspection sheet had everything checked off as in good working order, no leaks or defects with lights. Upon thurough inspection on march 12 2024 by a certified GM technician. There was leaks at the rear pinion diff seal, front pinion diff seal, vacuum pump for brakes, transmission cooler lines, engine cooler lines, and an internal indicator for the signal light not working. Upon bringing it back to the dealer the service advisor assured me 1 day for all the repairs. March 14th I made numerous calls to try to get ahold of anyone in the service department and they refused to speak with me. At the end of the day the used car dealer (usaf) called me to tell me they are not going to do any of the repairs even though he admitted to the leaks, and also admitting to the shotty workmanship in there service department. After telling them that they signed a amvic form stating that the vehicle had no leaks and no defects. He said he would get back to me about what they are willing to do. The following day the salesman called me back and told him to give them a quote as for I can do the work myself and I would charge them shop rate and parts. They refused the quote and said they changed there mind and they would fix it and it would be completed by the following Friday march 15 2024.I was patient and then called them today on march 20 2024 asking the status on my vehicle. They told me they are waiting on parts, I checked with multiple locations around ******* and many dealers had all the parts as per iwas told by the used car sales general manager that they are going to put oem parts back on the vehicle.i have been finally able to reach *********** manager (***********************) and he states that they are putting aftermarket (cheap) parts on the vehicle which I was not aware of. We agreed that they would use GM parts and now they are denying that. The amvic inspection I felt was a reputable inspection that is to be done properly.

I made an offer on a used vehicle at Fishcreek Nissan. The ** ******************* texted that he would prepare the paperwork and arrange with his Used Car Manager ******* a time for a vehicle inspection with my mechanic. When I did not hear back from anyone emailed the Salesperson *************************. He emailed me that the vehicle has been sold to someone else. We had a verbal/text agreement in place. How can they sell it to someone else? I would like the original terms and vehicle. ******** is a photo of the text from the **. Is this not binding?

I live in ****, my dad lived in AB. He leased a vehicle with fish creek Nissan in Jan 2022, he went to hospital end of Feb 2022 and died April 2022. I am executor and have had to deal with returning the vehicle to Nissan. I have been in contact with many of the individuals at Fish Creek, specifically explaining and giving lots Of notice that I am from **** and would only be in ******* for 1 week so I needed to get this lease stuff sorted. They kept saying tomorrow, no one ever came to a conclusion, they always advised me to phone Nissan ****** and when I did Nissan ****** advised me to call the dealershipFish creek refused to allow me to leave the whichever that- which Nissan ****** said was WRONG! Ultimately there was ZERO customer service and ZERO remorse for the unfortunate events regarding my fathers death. I decided to go to ******** Nissan who resolved all my issues in under 2 hours! The service there was outstanding! Nissan ******** bought out my dads lease and I have to owe them the obvious $2000 depreciation cost. No big deal, other than there was an extra $6000 of warranties from fish creek that the ******** dealership wasnt able to reimburse. ******** explained that even the fish creeks pro pack warranty where they charged my dad $4000 was only $1400 and ******** Nissan so that makes no sense whatsoever. Ultimately, Nissan ****** worker names ******* explained that due to the circumstances fish creek should be able to reimburse me for the warranties totalling $6000!!!! Considering the vehicle had 0 accident and less than ****km. I have phoned them more then 4x now and have yet to get a call back. This business has poor customer service, they are also completely unknowledgeable considering ******** Nissan fixed this in under 2 hours where as fish creek has weeks They are disrespectful and show no remorse for anyone or anything. Since they are In such a huge city (*******) they can get away with these things! This is terrible!
