Initially my wife was ok with the service she received when she purchased a used 2013 Red Tiguan from Fish Creek Nissan. When I got home and viewed the vehicle a few days later I questioned the trim level. After running the *** I discovered they sold it as the top trim level instead of what it actually was. From research the suv was actually worth about $1500-2500 less. I called and talked to ******** and was basically given the run around. Then after approximately **** kms the engine light came on. When I pulled the dipstick it was completely dry. When they serviced it they forgot to put oil in it. So more time spent on the phone, finally agreed to pick it up and put in the shop to check for damage. Was promised a loaner which never came. They gave it a quick once over in the shop, test drove it and said it was fine. I asked them to pull the head and check for heat damage due to no oil. They would not do that. Finally agreed to buy the suv back. 1 day later it was back on the website with no mention of possible engine damage. I called another salesman and asked 3 times during the call if there were any known mechanical issues and 3 times he said no, its ready to be driven off the lot. So some poor ****** is going to buy it and more than likely have engine issues that they will likely have to pay out of pocket. I would stay away and definitely do not buy a red 2013 Tiguan Comfortline that's for sale.

*** UPDATE *** 03/09/22 So apparently the managers have been made aware of my dissatisfaction and lack of service but still have failed to act or even respond to the situation. So to the current and potential future customers of FCN even though may be receiving good or acceptable service - ask yourself this, how will you be treated when you end up receiving less then satisfactory service? Will they step up to the plate? Or just ignore you and hope you go away? I know the answer to my questions. *********************************** 02/28/22 Great service from **** ****** in the used car department. Unfortunately that is where the great service ended. Purchased used vehicle with agreement they would fix the faulty power passenger mirror. 1) On vehicle pickup day was told they need a new wiring harness for the mirror - schedule a service for when it was available. But in addition to power mirror not working, the power window stopped working - no big deal they will fix it when I drop it off when the wiring harness is in. 2) Service Visit 1: Dropped vehicle off and was called within 45 minutes indicating wrong harness was ordered. However now the mechanic felt it was ok to leave no harness attached and now I had no power mirrors , power windows or power locks on the passenger side. Was told the correct harness would take 5 weeks to order. 5 weeks comes and goes, nobody calls. I call to follow up and they tell me the harness is no longer in production. So when was anybody going to tell me about it and do something to resolve the issue? They sourced a used harness - booked appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. 3) Service Visit 2: Showed up to drop the vehicle off and was told there was no loaner vehicle AND they couldn't shuttle me to my work place because it was too far. After I made a little stink about it, a loaner vehicle became available. Get a call close to end of day - vehicle is ready but the mirror still doesn't work, they need to order
