I applied for a loan with cash2go and then made the decision not to complete the loan. I did not receive funds for this loan. They took 3x payments for $189.00 . I attempted to resolve the matter with the company but they would not respond. I now have stopped all payments with the banks

I have been in communication now with the company cash2go. I have advised them that I did not receive the funds and they have admitted to sending them to the old email address which is linked to a closed account. They are still pursuing payment. I have asked them to review the payment as they will see it was not processed or received.  I do not have access to the email or account

On May **** this year I received a email money transfer from this site (**********). After receiving the money I reviewed there contract and found in small lettinger at the bottom of it I was to pay a ****** administration fee. I was unaware of this when signing and honestly don't think it was there until after I signed. So I tryed calling them immediately leaving my name and number each time.. I also email them about 5 times and told them I legally have ** to send the money back. I put a stop payment on my account and notified my bank what happen. I do not no what to do this is a very shady company and by the looks of other complaints it's not just me.

I am not asking for a refund. I applied for a $*** loan online through ********** on april ** 2023. I was approved & the $*** was directly deposited into my bank account. I was reading the contract more carefully after the money was deposited & noticed that hidden in the 10 page contract was an extra charge of $****** that I had to pay for an "enrollment fee" on top of the $***. This was outrageous & I immediately called them to cancel my loan & return the $*** but nobody was answering, just voice-mail. I have called several times & sent several emails but nobody is responding. By law I have 48hrs to change my mind about the loan & return the money but no information was provided in the contract on how to do that other than phoning or emailing them, which I've been doing but nobody is responding. All I want is to be able to send the *** back to them.

I have been called by this company and someone who claims to be there collections agency over 100 times in two hours. They are calling my employer non stop as well. I filed for bankruptcy and provided all the details and my trustee even contacted them but they still refuse to stop although they are violating federal law. The police says they can't help me so what is going to stop these people from harassing people when they have no legal right to.
