applied for loan never got funds e-mailed them dozen of times and kept getting different answers and lies, they tried to take a payment from my bank which I notified and reversed charge right away and now blocked them, they called me at work from blocked number about 50 times I had to contact fraud dept at ****** police today. they are fake and **** do not ever useReview from Al G

My brother took out a loan, he ended up having a stroke shortly after. They are relentless trying to get him to pay, even though he is still in the hospital trying to regain speech and mobility. They call his work multiple times a day (which is not legal). I have been trying to work with them on my brother's behalf but they have no empathy and have unrealistic expectations. Got a loan through them... paid them off in full have re-loaned with them for a few years, was a good customer. I recently paid off my loan so I get this email from *****************, says I am eligible to re-loan well I didn't need a loan right now he proceeds to send me an email daily that I'm eligible to please apply. Well I'm off work right now my dad has cancer and needs a caregiver for his appointments etc. So I told him I don't think I qualify because of above reasons. To which his reply was the following Hi I find that very offensive as an excuse to not be working. I dealt with a similar situation where my father was fighting cancer and I was working overtime. Never use this company if you can't pay your loan in full. If you have any financial difficulties they are not empathetic or understanding and won't make arrangements. They will **** ******* *** ******* *** *** get an unprofessional collection agency to call you non stop. Had over 100 calls in one day and they're so pathetic they just hang up. Paid this company in full although through time I missed payments than caught up. Now paid in full they trying to tell me I owe them late fees 6 x 60$ and sending me to collections if I don't pay. Very unprofessional people in this company, calling someone over 150 times in an hour for their own mistake is horrible, they took the payment out opposite to my pay day and then started calling and texting every minuet. Well a family member has used me as a reference on a loan and these ppl has called my phone over 60 time on September 2022 Telling me I have to contact the person they are looking for and get them to pay there missed payment . And they blew my phone up for 2 days company name were cash2go And this guys name was jack ********* who works for we call to collect collection company vary shady ppl to be dealing he called my phone while I was working like 150 time which is against the lay and this clown needs to be found and fired varry Unprofessional
