Hands down the WORST customer service EVER!We received an email saying "service completed" which would lead anyone to think....YUP, the service was completed. Then tried calling and chatting in inquire which is like trying to talk to the President, GOOD LUCK! When we finally did get through we were met with absolute contempt and rudeness. This business used to be professional and cared about their customers, now, its as if its an inconvenience for them to have to deal with a customer. If we could give less than one star we would. So many great lawn care companies out there that actually appreciate you business. Go for one of those!Review from Barb L

I had a green drop keeper come out friday july 14th late afternoon so didn't see them. I had a long hose attachment for my sump. this person took the hose and flung into my window well. by doing this she took a chunk off my siding and made several holes in my basement window screen. I have been trying to get hold of a manager but noone returns phone calls or emails. On top of this she left the hose in my window well and I didn't find out until the next day when i went to mow the back lawn. She could have also created a flooding with the water from the sump. totally incompetent person and no service for getting hold of everyone.Review from Fred H

Unbelievably bad Signed up for the service a few days ago. Send a satellite picture of my property indicating clearly where not to spray. Got confirmation and said my request would be added to the work order. This morning before they came I put 7 red and white 3 foot high markers blocking the area not to be sprayed. The GreenDrop guy drove between the markers to spray the area I did not want sprayed.Review from Irvin S

Green Drop has provided great service on our lawn. We had weeds and brown grass. Not only did they provide. service that greened up my lawn and get rid of the weeds, they also helped me with a program for my lawn that I could do to keep my lawn healthy. We also did aeration and seeding. that has helped a lot. I would and HAVE recommended them to many of my friends and family.Review from Arlene S

Biggest snowfall and nobody ever showed up. Called and still none showed up
