Ordered a *** ******** on November 30th, 2023, in person from the dealership. Vehicle arrived in March of 2024. I live 3 hrs. out of the city so contracts were signed and final prices calculated virtually. Contracts were docu-signed on March 8th, 2024. I was told if I purchased the 3rd party warrantees/plans it would make my payments smaller and that they would cover windshield replacements, and 1 replacement would cover the cost of the 3rd party plan, so I reluctantly agreed. Original docu-sign sent to me upon purchase, only had the signing page of 1 of the 2 (Smart Program) 3rd party plans, and not the T&Cs I was told I would get these after, but never did. Through all the hassle to get my vehicle, taking 2 months to pay out the lean on my trade in etc. I didn't request more information on the plans I was sold. Fast forward to June 18th, 2024, *** sent me the docu-sign for the 2nd 3rd party (Extended Trust). Which I never signed. In July I started looking into the 3rd parties I was provided. I had to request the contracts from the 3rd parties (smart program and extended trust) directly to ensure I wasn't missing any information. I then realized that they were completely redundant and useless. Being that I live 3 hours away the services program would not be utilized, but mainly that neither of them covered windshield replacement like I was told. For 3+ months I have been trying to deal with the dealership to come up with a fair reimbursement for these "coverages" negotiated in bad faith. Had I had the opportunity to review the contracts prior to the 30-day cancellation window I would have cancelled them at that time. I have email evidence of everything mentioned above and more. The dealership keeps telling me they can't be cancelled, which is not true based on information from the T&Cs and the Extended Trust Director I spoke with, *** just doesn't want to refund me. Additionally, no "treatments" were done to my vehicle, vehicle was delivered March 9th 2024.

My car had been held in the service shop since Dec 28. It requires an engine replacement and they keep telling us it will be complete, but there is always an issue. They have provided no rental car despite all the issues leaving our household that requires 2 vehicles at a severe loss because both parents work. There is always a promise of it being complete by a date, but something always go wrong to delay. The last problem was supposedly the engine that came in was labelled as the correct engine, but in fact was not the correct engine. Now we are stuck in limbo again with no end in sight. We seek a rental car paid for by the company as well as the entire billing forgiven to compensate for the trauma we’ve had to endure and are still to endure.

On June 9th 2023, I was informend that **** from ******** **** *** was moving to this location and I have had previous altercations with said ******* *******. I was told i needed to pay 125 plus taxes for a diagnostic fee when they hadnt sent the warranty request in yet. I was informned by west edmonton kia and ******** **** *** that i should not be charged unless warranty is denied. They refused to refund me as of today June 26th 2023 and the ******* ******* l, ****, was rude, and unproffessional when handling the situation stating he would not refund me until his "accouting team" cuts him a cheque first. I am appalled and very dissapointed in the fact I was not treated with respect nor given the refund when they are in the wrong. I have been approved for warranty work on my engine through west edmonton kia and have only good things to say about them. Please give west edmonton kia 10/10 stars for best customer service.

Transaction Jan 23 2023 Dealer advertised 70” tv with any purchase but when I brought it up they show me the ad which I could not find. Brought it in and showed them the email and they said if I paid regular price they would give what I wanted. I paid MRSP plus a market adjustment $4500 charge. The ad said with any purchase. Dealership is very misleading in their advertising and do not honor the prices they post on their website. They still owe me a 70” TV

I have an issue with Kia North Edmonton. For the past 6months to a year they won’t stop calling me. From sales people to service Dept I keep getting called. I have told them countless times to not call me anymore as I don’t want to deal with them but they wont stop. I have contacted the so called manager. I forget her name. She assured me they wouldn’t call me again and I would be put on a do not call list. That does not work. They called me tody saying “I know you don’t want to be contacted but we have special offers for you”!! Like is it that hard to understand? Apperantly telling them to stop only makes them call me more. I am sick and tired of wasting my time taking calls from them. I blocked their numbers on my cell but it keeps coming through!!.
