This business refused to refund a product after they told me I could. It was within the 7-day time frame. I would not have bought it otherwise. I emailed customer service. They were not reading emails jist doing a simple cut and paste answer that didnt make sense and couldnt care less. They refused the return and finally offered a store credit. I called head office to speak with someone. The operator couldnt think of a single employee to connect ne with and never called back after saying she would. Now she will not answer the phone when I call. I was going to give up and use the credit bit my daughter tried to use it and the store refused her. What a horrible company. Dont shop here. They dont care about honesty and they do NOT care about their customers. They make it impossible to speak with anyone because they know they are terrible and dont want to hear it.Review from Mylene N

Miniso doesnt automatically gives you receipt. You have to asked them. The receipts are so confusing. They said they give you discounts but it so hard to understand Gst number of the store is not on the receipt. Subtotal and total very confusing. It doesnt tell you how much discount you get on the product that you only bought because of the sale sign that you see. You redeem points but it doesnt tell you if it was applied Fixed the way you show your itemized item receiptsReview from Cha B

if you buy any gadgets in miniso better get your receipt, if defective they wont replace it, they don't care at all. it is such a waste of money 20 dollars. because of this incident, I won't buy anymore in miniso.
