Just got off the phone with Nano cloth people.They charge me nine dollars and 95 cents for some compression socks that I never ordered at all and it was on ******** a free gift, I didn't even know what the gift was going to be.I have not yet received the nanocloths and now I don't want them.I just want people to ******* not deal with this company.They really are a scam.

I paid more than double what the price provided on the website said it was. The final price on the next page, after paying through ****** gave me no chance to decline since the price was not even close to what I was shown. It turned out to be about $40.00 for what they said was $15.00. Buyer beware!!!

Based on pricing provided on website, I ordered two nanosparkle cloths, supposedly for $29.00 plus shipping. After providing credit card and hitting "purchase", a summary of order showed that the cost was doubled to $68.00 plus they added a fee for "insurance" to mail the product. I immediately emailed a complaint to "customer service" and got several emails from "***" in customer service who promised the entire purchase of about $80 would be credited back to my card. After three weeks, a credit has not appeared despite numerous emails back and forth with "***." DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. *******************

The same thing happened to me. We saw the ad on ******* and ordered the option: 2 cloths at $12.95 each and you get 3 free ones. Great. Paid via ****** and got the receipt shortly after. I expected $26 plus a charge for shipping; maybe a total of $35ish. The receipt said $79! AND on ****** it showed they had me on "autopay" status! I didn't give them authorization for that. It was a ONE TIME payment. So then they charged me $9.90 for some kind of insurance. I immediately contacted them and they just kept repeating that the ad was for $79 which was apparently a 50% reduction. Ridiculous. I blocked them on ****** and contacted my credit card company. They have been doing an investigation. I've been trying to deal with this company for over 3 weeks via email. Back and forth and all they say is that once I ordered, I had "availed" myself of the 50% discount. Really?! I asked them to send me a screenshot of the ad that showed that price. They never did and i asked them multiple times. I had no proof because it was a TV ad. It's still ongoing and i'm getting nowhere. I'll see what my credit card company can do. I may just have to let it go. After reading all the reviews we also decided not to even try using the cloths due to the reported damage and i sure don't want to risk sending them back. Sounds like that process is just another headache. So....buyer beware! This company is a total scam. Don't trust them!

I spent on or around 05/04/2024 $10.49 and $80.50 for these cloths. I never received the product nor resolution the first time I called. So now it is almost August and still no resolution and I now don't own the car I wanted the cloths for. I traded the car in. Do not purchase this product. I never got to try it but I spent almost $100 for NOTHING.

TOTAL SCAM!! I tried it out, followed the directions exactly. a few times. Did absolutely nothing to the very light scratches. You couldn't even catch your finger nail in them. Rubbing compound would have worked much better. Paid $45 for 2 cloths and they don't do anything. Emailed the company to get a refund and they said we will refund $15 and just keep them. Can you believe that? I said why would i want to keep something that doesn't work. Even if it was free. They refuse to answer emails now. Out $45 but want people to be warned. There is no way in h*** that this cloth will remove the deep scratches they show and make it look new. What a joke.

TOTAL SCAM. I agree with the other reviewers. I ordered this, said it was $11.95 when you order multiples, charge came out to $82!!! These cloths don't work very well. But what I object to is the scamming/deception of the pricing!! BEWARE.

WOW! TOTAL MONEY-GRABBING SCAM!Wish I would have read these reviews first!The advertising for Breathegreen Nanosparkle scratch removal pads promises:- flawless finish - pristine appearance - Clean and restore surfaces in just minutes - 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE They charged me $25 for the product but didn't mention the $15 for "shipping and handling" until after I submitted my credit card number! Total: $40. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order but was told the product had "already shipped". Ridiculous! A couple of weeks later the product arrived. I followed instructions very carefully, even repeating the process FIVE times.The product made ABSOLUTELY NO change to any of the scratches on my car, even though they were very minor scratches.I contacted the seller for the refund they promised and they would only offer me $21 back. I have not received that partial refund yet.

The product doesn't work which I can handle but the pricing and refund process are both unethical. Their initial response to my email requesting a refund was to state that I could keep the cloths and get a 50% refund NOT including the shipping charge. The "shipping" charges for 2 cloths was claimed to be $14.95. These arrived via regular mail in a standard padded envelope. Having access to a postal meter, the true shipping charge was revealed to be just 64 cents, yes less than a dollar. With a 2nd email I politely requested a mailing address to return the cloths for a full refund. I then got an email response for a 75% refund, still not including the shipping. I then called to request the mailing address and return procedures for a full refund. The rep said I could get a "100 %" refund minus the shipping. At this point, I became irate and mentioned that the shipping couldn't have been anything close to the charged amount and that this was just a ghost pure profit margin to ensure never having to pay a truly full refund. The rep then finally offered to refund the true entire amount. This is frankly just wrong, the discounted refund offers and initial phone offer were just delay tactics meant to wear down a consumer and hustle them into accepting less than what they paid and the shipping is ludicrous. Spread the word about this shameless "organization".

Negative stars didn't mean to actually place my original order. Took 15 days to get my refund and they turned around and charged me again for nothing. To cause me a huge financial situation with my bank and them.There's no reason that they can take our money so fast and return it so slowly. I didn't want it, and I'm charged twice now. Bad business practices.
