The Hostess was rude *** ****** . I asked for a table outside she took me to one that the sun was right in my face I asked her if there was another she told no nothing . I said I guess inside than.she said annoyed there a 20 mins waiting period . I said is ok. 10 mins later a couple came and asked for a table outside I the shade she said let me check she said yeah we have one . So I told her you just told me there was nothing on that side because there was no servers assigned. I asked I want one outside with shade too. She was again annoyed and said so now you want outside?? I said yes please. She sat us and trying to explain why she didn’t seat me outside in the first place. As she walked she called me *****. I went to earls *** ****** in Edmonton last night. I have a severe ****** allergy that could *********** **** ** **** ************ ***** if ingested. The waitress was made aware of this when I placed my order. After asking twice she assured me that the meal would be fine and that there would be no ****** in the meal. Upon inspection of the dish when it arrived I got a gut feeling to not eat it until I asked for a third time. The waitress once again assured me there was no ****** in the meal but went to double check with the kitchen. She came rushing back and took it away as it did in fact have ****** *** in it. They were apologetic and took care of my replacement meal, but that doesn’t change the fact that they had no regard for the allergy when I had asked 3 times prior to even receiving the meal. ** * ******** **** *** *** ********* ** *** *** ** * ***** **** **** ***** *** ******* *** ** *** **** ** *** ******* **** ** **** ************** This is quite scary.
