    I put a deposit down with Oasis to have my pool liner changed in 2024. They never got around to it and said they would have me on a list for 2025. Now website is down and email is getting bounced back. Want to get ****$ deposit back I paid to company in Nov 2023.

    Ordered Hot Tub Cover in June 2024 and paid in full with a delivery estimate of 4-6 weeks. Now 5+ months later and no one in store will return calls or provide update. Never received any further information and have texted and called numerous people at Oasis over last few months.

    In January 2024 Oasis winterized our Hot tub because a broken pump was not able to be replaced due to inventory issues. We were guaranteed by Oasis at this time that this will be done properly and our hot tub will not be damaged. Once the pump had arrived the hot tub was put back into use. We started to notice that our hot tub is losing water. We asked Oasis to come out and look at the issue since we had suspension that something went wrong during the winterization. After calling multiple times we were told that Oasis does currently not employ any technicians, all had left the company. The manager ensured us they are looking into hiring sub contractors to serve Oasis clients and will be in contact shortly. Multiple weeks went by without action, calls went unanswered, and no one wanted to talk to us when we went to the store. Now after 2 month we have been informed that Oasis will not address the issue since they are unsure there was an issue during winterization. We have assured Oasis that we would pay for any repairs if we conclude that the water loss is caused by a different issue. But since the issue started right after the winter it seems likely that the damage occurred then. We like Oasis to come and check and repair the hot tub or pay for a different company to do so. The guarantee was given when we ordered the winterization that they would address any issues resulting from this service.

    ***** *** *** I booked for my liner in my house last year and Randy told me it will be done in 2024 end of May so then I called them May they said oh they'll do it within 2 weeks but their 2 weeks never come. Finally they told me they'll be done in the middle of July when I called them in July, they told me they did not order a liner yet then I decided to cancel and then the owner called me. He told me if it's not done by August 15. He will return your money back ********** *** Ivan told me he can't finish by 15 so then finally, I decided to cancel but almost week they are not giving my money back . They are not answering me and I asked ********** *** he said he doesn't know so I just don't know the status it was canceled or still going on or getting my refund back or they continue. They're not telling me anything. They're just keep hanging me ** *** *** **** **** ** * ****** ***** *** **********

    This was handled with the store giving the customer a refund.  To our knowledge this was taken care of awhile ago and there are no further issues.
