    Bought an above ground pool 3 years ago and from the time we signed papers to today it has been a nightmare. They ordered the wrong size pool making us upgrade at our expense, then doing a walk through saying our yard is good to go when on the day they finally came to build it they refused because our fence was facing the wrong way when we were told everything was good. Then they were supposed to pull all the permits, and when we asked after a month why our pool wasn't finished they said we had to call for an extension and were waiting on us.... 3 years later we get fined because our pool and yard is not up to code and we had outstanding issues that oasis were aware of but never told us from the permit office oasis was supposed to take care of everything start to finish. ******** ******* ** **** ***** ** *** ********* *** **** **** *****

    ** *** ** ******** **** **** ******** They will **** **** ****** install things incorrectly and not refund any money, ever. *** **** ***** ** ** ** ****** *** **** ***** **** ******** ** *** ********* ******* ** **** ****** **** **** ********  We spent $** *** on a pool that was installed poorly. No accountability at all for their mistakes. And, of course, no refunds, ever.

    Oasis: ANSWER YOUR PHONE! RETURN VOICE MESSAGES. HIRE MORE STAFF! Very poorly managed business, especially with aftercare and parts ordering.     We had been long time customers of Oasis, but no more. The last few years have seen a serious decline in the service department and customer service in general. We brought in spa components because of a heating failure and had the heating element replaced (for the 2nd time in 2 years, another story). After about 2 months it failed again, this time they said there was catastrophic damage to our spa pack. Even though the damage was obviously at the site of that part swap and they admitted was caused by the new part, Oasis refused to accept responsibility, their technician determining that it wasn’t his fault and his employers should not be held accountable. Repair estimate was $***** We were also told that they were mistaken in saying the part warranty was a year, and was in fact only 60 days. To compound everything, because I expressed dissatisfaction with the service and customer care, I was informed that they had decided to rescind a discount offer that they hadn’t even bothered to inform us of. I took the parts to their competitor, and after replacing a wire, and successfully testing pump pressures and heater upper limit, we were told the parts were ready for pickup.     Very disappointed, left out key info like needing a permit when installing a hot tub. Now we need a replacement cover and have phoned for the past 2 days, no one answers phone. We've left 2 messages no one returning calls. Aftercare customer service is not good!
