I paid 140 $ - The room had a box spring and mattress on the floor- Stains on the bedding - dirty walls- cockroaches and huge cobb webs in the corners- The floors had feces' stained on the carpets - The staff tried to change rooms however could not find a clean room - Multiple complaints and room changes- They offered me another room for my daughters and I and it smelt so bad I could not breath through my noise. They refused a refund, they refused a discount - We did check out after realizing that I could not trust if the place had bed bugs, fleas, lice - We had to drive to Woodstock to sleep in our vehicle ( 1 am now) as there was no other rooms available in London- I have no IDEA how Motel 6 is allowed to operate these under these conditions- No human in CANADA should ever have to stay in a place lie this! It is wrong ! They need to pay people to stay there and with that I still would not for my health ! It does not even deserve 1 star as there was not a section of the Motel that was clean - The pictures on the website deception! Oh not to mention an old air conditioner with a hose out the window duck taped with cardboard - It was so terrible and I need resolution and my money back
