I took my 2017 4Runner here back at the end of last year 23'. All I was needing was a oil change. I have never had any issues with my 4runner before taking it here. As I picked up the car I drove to the ******* shopping area near base not realizing my car was leaking oil all the way to the shopping area and back to where i work. Once i parked at work i realized there was oil all over the place. I took it back mad as ever as they didnt put the filter back on correctly.. The guy up front said the guy that worked on it did it to 3 other vehicles and that he was let go. However being charged 130 for this service I was very upset as that could have ruined my car.. I tried getting in touch with the owner multiple times and the front desk lady was rude and wouldnt give him my messages. I showed up multiple times as well and nothing was resolved. I HIGHLY encourage finding alternative garages as I just paid 150 again to get their problem fixed as when he tightened the new filter it took them 3 different tools to get it off and it broke my housing. I am very mad that they couldnt get back to me and fix the problem THEY CAUSED. especially being out hundreds of dollars. DONT GO TO VATOS GARAGE unless you want your car ruined with careless employees and rude receptionists.
