February 16, 2020 BBB received a reply to the Pattern of Complaints. Ryan O. Rancher, Operations Manager states it is not unexpected that they would experience the "growing pains" that are typically associated with their rapid growth. The shipping policies are clearly communicated on the company's website. It wasn't until Dec 2019 that they established a dedicated Customer Service Department. Since then, they have worked hard to manage their customer service experience. No client has been intentionally ignored. He has personally been charged with responding to customer complaints to BBB. He thinks BBB will find a very significant improvement in their responses going forward, as well as a continued decline in the number of customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
