    I ordered the item early December, the 4th and it said 5-7 delivery days. When I reached out to the company to share my concern and check the status, the reply status was that is in 'processing fulfillment'. Because it would not reach in time for Christmas as anticipated, they said they don't issue refunds, nor did they give me an estimated delivery date. I would like my money returned who can supply the materials they sell. I don't understand why they are STILL taking orders if they can't 'fulfill' the ones they have?!

    I made two separate purchases from Canvas Beauty via TikTok on November 29, 2024, and December 2, 2024. Shipping labels were created on December 2, 2024, and December 4, 2024. However, there has been no movement, and **** stated they have yet to receive the shipping orders. I have asked the seller to cancel the orders, but I am still awaiting a response. TikTok advised me to communicate with the seller, but I am still awaiting a reply. I want a refund. One order was $140.69, and the other was $27.06. I will not order from this business ********* order consisted of body glazes and the other order was for perfume.

    On October 29, 2024, I placed an order through a ******** advertisement for six Body Glazes at $9.00 each with their company, which was listed as Canvas Beauty at the time. Their shipping policy indicated processing and delivery within 310 days. I received a confirmation email on October 30, 2024, stating that my order had been received and that it was on its way. When I did not receive my order by November 4, 2024, I emailed their support team to inquire about its status but did not receive a response. On November 7, 2024, I emailed again. When checking my order status through the provided link, I noticed the vendor name had changed from Canvas Beauty to ******************, with a new email address, ********************** I sent another email to both Canvas Beauty and Merry Nest on November 18, 2024, but again received no response. Upon checking the order status again today, the vendor name has now changed to **********. This pattern of name changes and lack of communication raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business. Additionally, the provided address, ****************************************************************, leads to multiple, unrelated locations when cross-checked, further adding to my suspicions. I also found that the authentic Canvas Beauty Brand is located in **********, **, suggesting your operation may be misrepresenting itself. At this point, I am requesting either the immediate delivery of the items I ordered or a full refund for the total amount paid. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter through my bank for a chargeback and report this issue to ******** for fraudulent activity. Please address this matter promptly.

    I placed an order online $90 from a ******** post. Later I went to the website independently and noticed the url was different and they were not having a sell. I placed my order October 28th and have received no products or response to my refund request sent via email.

    I placed an order on September 9, 2024. On September 11, I was sent notification that my items had shipped, but I could not track the order. I emailed them on October 7 to get an update on my order and they assured me that it was on the way. I emailed again on October 23 and they responded on October 28 saying that it was still on the way. Today is November 6 and I still have not received my order, nor have I gotten any updates on my order status.

    Hi! This customer did not place an order from us. There are multiple scam sites advertising our product for $9.99. Unfortunately based on the order number we can tell this customer ordered from one of those sites and unfortunately is a victim of fraud. Our order numbers are in the ******* while all the scam websites order numbers are under ******, also our website is **************************** ...Despite our past shipping challenges from growing too fast we have for over a year now been within a 1-3 business day shipping window on all orders placed on our website, and it is extremely unfair for a customer who did not order from us to be able to write a complaint for an order that was not placed on our website. We can not stop fake websites from scamming people.

    DURING A RECENT TIK TOK LIVE, THE OWNER OF CANVAS BEAUTY (****** ******) ASKED VIEWERS TO RECOMMEND INFLUENCERS, AND SHE WOULD CHOOSE 150, FROM THOSE RECOMMENDED TO RECEIVE HER NEW SIGNATURE PERFUME. SEVERAL PEOPLE THEN RECOMMENDED INFLUENCERS VIA THE LIVE STREAM - CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMPANY'S ENGAGMEMENT NUMBERS, FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE INFLUENCERS RECEIVING THE PERFUME. IN A SUBSEQUENT STREAM, MRS. ****** DISCUSSED THE HIGH PRODUCTION COST OF THE PERFUME. THE RECOMMENED INFLUENCERS DID NOT RECEIVE THE PERFUME. INSTEAD, SHE STATED SHE GAVE PERFUME TO INFLUENCERS WHO ATTENDED AN EVENT HELD IN ******** - AN EVENT THAT INFLUENCERS WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT ONLY A FEW DAYS PRIOR. THE COMPANY BREACHED AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSUMERS, BY NOT PROCEEDING WITH THE GIVEAWAY AS INTIALLY STATED, EVEN AFTER RECEIVING NUMEROUS RECOMMENDATIONS AS REQUESTED.

    I purchased something from this business and never received my order. I reached out to the seller and at first they would tell me my order was still on the way but after a month and a half they just stop responding to my emails.

    I placed an order on March 5, 2024, as of today March 13, 2024, I have yet to receive it. I have contacted the business via email several times and no resolution has been set to my standards. I should have had the products by now, regardless of how busy they say they are. At this point I no longer want the product and just want my money back, which I have expressed to them numerous times.
