    Ordered 2 of the same item on 2/18/24. Received only 1 item on 2/26/24. Messaged business chat on Tik Tok shop and sent an email on 2/26/24. Messaged the business chat again on 2/29. I have not received a message or email back nor have I received my other product. Poor customer service and fraudulent for not sending my entire order.

    Originally ordered 2/18. After about 16 messages and emails I finally received the missing order today 4/3. I basically had to hound them every other day to receive the missing items. Ill never be ordering from them again. Thank you for trying to assist!

    I am trying to cancel a 30 day subscription with Canvas beauty brand- Stormi and the website do not have any thing to select for cancellation I sent to emails to 2 different email address linked with Canvas beauty brand. Its no contact number I call and speak to anyone. I just want to cancel this subscription as of June I do not want to continue I want out of this subscription immediately. The redirect website etc is bogu an no where on he site can you unsubscribe or cancel Please help me with this issue. I also see its other bad reviews with this business owner Thank you

    I purchased some hair product from H313138**3432******33H on ********** for the amount of $78.97. I have not received anything from them. I have tried to email, text and call, and I can&#**;t get in touch with no one. I tried to contact them and left my new information regarding my address and I am having a very hard time trying to contact the company. I don&#**;t feel they are being fair towards their customers. We send our hard earned money nd get nothing in return.

    I placed a order for two of the body glaze items off of there website on 3/19/2023 order #****** shows paid in full but never received a tracking number for my transaction. Received several emails there was a delay in shipping and then another email that my order was being sent out on 3/29/2023 with a gift for the inconvenience still no tracking number. I sent 2 emails to customer service email to check the status on my order I never received any reply message back and called the number and it says mailbox is full After reading several reviews I'm now learning other people are having issues receiving there orders I just want what I paid for.

    The system is not allowing me to attach a file, but I do have proof of responding to this customer via support and helping her. The claim that our mailbox is full is untruthful. This customer received their items within the timeframe listed on our shipping policies

    I ordered 3 products on December 5, 2022. I sent on email on January 13, 2023 to ask for an update. They responded with tracking info and to allow 2-3 days. I did receive the package but it only consisted of one of the items with a note saying the remaining products are on the way. As of 2/20/2023, I still had not received the remaining items so I sent another email asking for an update. I was told that back orders are being sent daily but that they could not provide a timeline as to when I would receive the rest of my products. As of today, March 27, 2023, I have yet to receive the rest of my order. This is very disappointing and makes it difficult to continue to support this business. I would like my money back for the 2 items I did not receive (Leave/in conditioner mist and the shampoo and conditioner combo) or delivery of my product with the next 2-3 business days.

    On 11/25/22) I made a purchase totaling $92.98 (Order #******). The order was finally delivered to my PO BOX ***** Tracking number **********************) on 1/19/223. Like at least 3 other orders *** made with this company, my order was incorrectly fulfilled, and was missing items. I sent the following message with a photo attached immediately upon opening the box to show what was missing on 1/20/23. Good afternoon,Please note my order was not fully fulfilled. I did not receive the wipes (included in the Kit), Bloom Glaze or Galore Conditioner that are apart of the Moolah Royale Set. A picture of what I did receive is attached.On 1/24/23 I received a reply indicating that I would be informed when a shipment was sent out. I didnt hear anything until about a month later (2/17). Mind you that was only because I reached out to them on 2/16/23 asking them for an update. I was informed then that orders were shipped out daily and I would be contacted with a tracking number.On 3/12/23, I sent another email asking for reimbursement as I am no longer willing to wait. I purchased items in November that didnt get to me until January only to have to wait for them to get my order right until when the summer? Im done with this company. *** spent a significant amount of money with them. I was even willing to accept other items. I understand that items are backordered. But why **** my order fulfilled when it isnt. I also noted that the at least two of the items that they neglected to send have been in and out of stock multiple times since they messed up my order. Needless to say, I have not reverted any acknowledgment for the message sent to Canvas on 3/12.

    I placed an order with Canvas Beauty (order no. ******) on November 28, 2022. I ordered the following:2 Full Bloom Amplifying Shampoo and Conditioner Bundle @ $20 each totaling $40 (received)2 Leave-In Conditioner Duo @ $20 each totaling $40 (missing)2 Moisture Moolah Bloom Glaze @10 each totaling $20 (missing)With tax and shipping my order total was $118.99 On January 13, 2023, I received notification via email that all items in my order were being shipped. This timeline exceeded the company's advertised 22 day window to ship items.On January 17, 2023, I received notification via email that all items in my shipment had been delivered. When my order arrived it contained only 2 Full Bloom Amplifying Shampoo and Conditioner Bundles. There was a card inside the box stating that the company was aware that items were missing from my order and the company would send them soon along with a free gift for the inconvenience. On January 29, 2023, having heard no further updates, I reached out to Canvas Beauty customer service to inquire about my missing items. I was informed on January 30, 2023, by ******************* that upon providing proof of the insert card, I would receive an email detailing next steps. I provided that proof on February 5, 2023 and was notified by ******************* on February 6, 2023 that the company was unable to let me know when I could expect my items. I followed up on February 24, 2023 and was again notified by ************** on February 27, 2023 that the company has no information on when I could expect my order. I reached out again on March 22, 2023, and was again notified by ************** that the company has no information on when I might receive my order.

    I ordered from Canvas beauty back in November, I ordered three things only got one of them, and they only sent the one almost two months later after I sent a message to customer service, asking for a refund which I was denied because this particular sale was a all sales final type of deal. After I reached out the first Time they sent my body butter and then a lil card saying they dropped the ball and that to use the card and email it to them and I would be receiving a free gift of up too 50 dollars along with my missing items... its March and after *** reached out a second time the girl ********** was talking to kinda disregarded what I was saying so she could close the inquiry and just said its on its way and its not. I reached out a third time and no one can give me an explanation as to where my products are. I think Ive been pretty **** patient at this point and have spent more money than I care to admit on these products but yetttttt you can send me emails about new products that are coming out and that are on sale but you cant get the ones Im missing along with my free gift right??? really ?! Im not buying another thing from

    ON November 29, 2022 I purchased Over $200. in hair product from this buisness. I did not receive my product until February, 2023. Once I received my order, I was missing half of my purchase. I have attempted to email proof of what was received along with everything they requested. It is hard to get in contact with anyone as the email always returns that not accepting emails due to full mailbox. I have provided my receipt, pictures, and a copy of the postcards they sent saying items were missing. I never received all of my purchase. I have given them enough time to fix this. I tried reaching out to ******* Steal on ******** unsuccessful. I would like my remaining produce or a refund. I have multiple emails where I have attempted to reach them.
