    I participated in canvas Beauty brand in ********** ******* Black Friday sale in November28 2022 mind you that I have purchased from this company before this is now the month of March I have emailed this company over 15 to 20 times about this issue the only thing she responded to is a email telling me how she has done expanding her warehouse and she has an understood that they had issues with the mailing and shipping one person from her team told me that they are aware I did not receive all of my order but they cannot tell me when they will be able to ship it out you have my money but you can't tell me when you would send me my order this is very poor business I never thought it would take 4 months to get that item from a billionaire business then she doesn't offer a refund or even try to give me the products that I paid for I ordered 5 item and only received one item this isn't fair

    I ordered several products on November 26, 2023. I received a partial fulfillment of the order on January 12, 2023. I contacted Canvas beauty twice in February 2023 concerning shipment of the missing items. The initial response I received was to send a picture of everything in the box and a 2nd response stating Canvas was not sure when they would ship my remaining products. On March 7, I contacted Canvas again and requested a refund for the missing items. I was told that they do not provide cancellations to orders. I am confused as to how this is resolved if they cant provide the product, and they also cannot provide a refund. This is a very poor business practice, and horrible customer service. Ive basically given a company money and not provided a service. Poor. *** added the receipt showing the items I purchased and a card that was included in the box acknowledging the shipment was not complete. Canvas does not provide tracking to show what was shipped and what was not, another very poor business practice. They ask customers to show them what was missing when they request updates on the orders. Its poor. *** also included emails from them bc this is not the first time Ive had to contact them about missing items.

    November 29th 2022 Order number ****** On November 29th, 2022 i placed a order totaling *****. On Jan 19th a partial order was issued. However only half my order was actually shipped but on the order via email its indicates all 4 items that i ordered was shipped. Which is a flat out lie. When i finally received my order i only received 2 canvas blossoms and a apology letter with a $50 gift offer and seperate noted stating the remaining of my order was on the way. Its now March 5 and i have yet to receive my total order. I have requested a refund and was told they dont provide them. I have asked when i should receive my order and the only response received was they are shipping orders daily. Which is no help to me.

    On 11/29/23 I placed an order for 11 items totaling ***** USD. After not hearing an update for weeks, I reached out on 1/11/23 asking for an eta. An order was shipped to me shortly after, but when it arrived on 1/16/23 only 2 of the 11 products I ordered were there. I notified customer service, and they advised I would be updated once the remaining products would be shipped. Apparently this is a widespread issue, as CEO sent out an email on 1/26 saying "effective March 1st 2023, ALL orders will ship from our facility in less than 72 business hoursor you get your package for FREE." Well It is now March and nothing about the order I placed in November. I requested a refund on 2/25, and received a response on 2/27 that denied me per their refund / shipping policy. However it's not like I received these products and want to return them. I'm still missing the bulk of my order, and apparently anyone who placed an order 3 days ago is eligible to get their items "free" if their order isn't shipped within 3 days.Meanwhile I'm still getting emails about ***************** even for products that I already ordered and still haven't received - are new orders being given a turnaround time of 3+ months for fulfillment? Just so frustrating. Either fulfill my order or refund my money. I've recommended this brand in the past to so many because I do enjoy the products but what's the point of supporting this business if a simple order can't be fulfilled after 3+ months.

    On 11/28/2022, I placed an order on the Canvas Beauty website. My order number is ******, and I paid $61.99. I received the shipment on January 9, 2023. When I opened the package, I received the oils and shampoo, but not the conditioners. I paid for one conditioner, but there was an offer that included an extra conditioner for free. Also, in the box, was a postcard apologizing for not providing the conditioner, and stated that it would arrive soon. I purchased the product for a family member who discarded the box and the postcard. A few weeks later, on January 26, 2023, the **** emailed customers apologizing for the shipping errors and provided an email link to request any shipments that have not been received. When I attempted to make my request, a customer service representative replied and requested that I provide images of the products, the package the items arrived in with the label, and the postcard. Again, I don't have that information. I replied and requested that Canvas Beauty review should my account and that the company should have a record of the customers that were sent postcards. Then, I received a response from the same representative that I need to wait for the product. It is now March, and I have not received the conditioners. I emailed the *** to inform her of the discrepancy with my order, but was rerouted to another representative.

    I ordered from Canvas Beauty Brand on 11/29/22. I received no communication so I emailed the company in December and received response back quieting 21 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Canvas beauty shipping policy wasnt displayed on their website you had to go searching for the shipping policy at the bottom of their webpage. So I was 3 days shy of the 21 days I waited a few days to see if I would receive a shipping confirmation and I didnt. I received email that my order was shipped. I received what I thought was my full order on 1/21 when I opened the box I received a partial order it I received text and email stating that my order was delivered. I emailed Canvas beauty to advised that I only received a partial order. I received a reply asking for me to send pictures . I received email back stating I will receive a confirmation when my remaking items will be shipped. I waited 2 weeks nothi I sent another email. I received a response that they didnt have an update and the order is at the ware house. I have been emailing back and forth with ****. She has to be the only person working. Now I understand that during the holidays there will be delays with any company but this company has a pattern of not sending the full orders and there is no way to speak with anyone. Im still waiting on my remaking items. Its sad when a company doesnt hire enough people to get their orders out in a timely fashion. All I want is my remaining items.

    I placed 2 orders in December, one on 12/14/2022 for $107.96 and the second on 12/23/2022 for $29.99. I did receive the second order in late January. I did receive an email from ************ apologizing for the delay.I decided to thank her for her honesty and wait for the week she said my products will be delivered. After waiting and still not receiving my products plus no correspondence from the company from all the emails I have sent to them, I have no other choice but to file this complaint with the BBB.I did notice their "F" rating and had I realized this is where they are, I would have NEVER placed my orders. I believe in supporting small African-American businesses but if their business platform is shady, I cannot support this.

    I placed an order on December 26, and it still hasn't shipped. I waited very patiently and reached out to the business on February 10 for an update since they are known to have late deliveries, and I still haven't received a reply. Even after the *** sent out an email on January 27 saying all orders will ship out within that next week. I'm coming up on 2 months of waiting and I'm tired.

    I purchased hair products from this business on November 25, 2022 and paid **$194, including US$30 for shipping. I received a notice on December 23, 2022 indicating that the items had been shipped and providing a **** tracking number. To date, the information on the **** tracking site states that a shipment label was created on December 23, 2022 and **** is awaiting the item. I have reached out to the business by email and also through direct message to their Instagram account but have not received any response to my inquiries. Their website and emails provide no telephone number so it's impossible to contact them that way.It has now been three months since I placed my order and I don't have the products I paid for. To make matters worse, my requests for an update have gone without any response and yet I'm constantly bombarded by promotional emails from them. Certainly if they can promote products, they should be able to show customers some respect by responding to inquiries. If they can't fulfill my order, they have an obligation to refund the money paid and cancel the order as it's unethical for them to keep a customer's money when they cannot fulfill an order. At this point, I have no confidence in this business and would just want a refund of the entire amount paid.
