    I purchased an item through the website, and changed my mind. I reached out to the company to cancel the order, but they waited several days to get back to me just to tell me that it had already been shipped and cant be canceled. I think that was kind of interesting. I received the product, then I reached out multiple times to customer service to find out how to return this unopened and unused product. no response. I finally got a response today saying they only accept unopened and unused products in the original packaging. This is a way for them to stall so that they can tell customers that they cant accept returns. It is absolutely ridiculous. I want the company to respond to my Request to return this item. I sent another email today letting them know that its unopened and unused. Its ridiculous that it takes this long to get back to a customer. I dont know if this website is a scam or if its AI generated responses, but I would like a resolution sooner rather than later. They should not be refusing to send me a response until its outside of the return period.

    Hello,

    Good day! The customer requested cancellation on July 1st at 10:01 AM and was responded to within 24 hours. The order had already been dispatched, and the customer was informed with a tracking number.

    She later contacted us through a new email thread to return the unopened item. We requested a photo for verification but did not receive a response.

    In the initial cancellation email thread, we provided return instructions and the return address. However, the customer did not provide a return tracking number, preventing us from processing her refund.

    I cannot get any response on returning an item, which was absolute junk. I have sent pictures of my sku as requested, sent pictures of the box as requested, and I feel like they are not responding in a timely manner so I will be outside the 30 day return policy. Also, I cannot reach them at the phone number listed, it appears to not be in service. I also don't understand why they needed me to send pictures of everything to see if my item was eligible for return, my order details should have been enough. The item was opened, but unused. I requested a return as soon as I opened it and inspected it.

    Good **** We were asking for the photo to confirm or prove if the item is still in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only available if the packaging is unopened.

    However, we already have advised the customer to return the product for a refund. We will immediately process the refund once we received the package.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I sent and received multiple messages from this company, all of them basically telling me that returning the item would not be possible (even after sending them photos of everything they asked for). They make any effort made at a return very difficult, and contradict their own policies. They only chose to send me an email saying I could return the item after I sent this complaint and informed them of such. They also made me incredibly frustrated at their tactics and communications over this period of time that I truly believed I would be unable to return this item for a refund. I threw the item away after my last frustrating email with them. I got the email saying they "escalated the matter" and now deemed I was eligible for a return. Their ridiculous delays and inane emails all asking for proof of everything that had already been sent, the misquoting of policies...it became clear to me that they don't take customer satisfaction into account, sell junk products, and only make concessions AFTER a formal complaint is filed. They do bad business and have even worse customer service.

    Purchased item from this company noticed before taking it out of the package that it would be to small so returned it after proving that the item had been returned have been ignored in regards to refund and any acknowledgment of receipt of email

    Hi, 

    Good day! The customer was already been refunded for his returned order. We were not able to refund right away as the provided return tracking number can't be tracked through the **** website. We have then been asking for the return shipping receipt so we can be able to confirm or check the details from our end. 

    After we received the return proof, we then refunded him right away.

    I ordered four items on 4/5/22. Two arrived, two have not. Their website says items are shipped in six days, with no warning that products are coming from China and may sit for months before clearing customs. The tracking for one item hasn't moved since 4/18 and the other since 4/25. The company refuses to declare the items as lost and refund my money.

    I ordered a product from them as a gag gift for a bachelorette party. The bachelorette party has been canceled the wedding has been called off I am trying to return the product unopened and they refuse to answer me with any information about how to return the product. I used Amazon pay and I am going to contact Amazon to see if they can get my money back. I understand if it would have been a used product hygiene would prevent but this is unopened the fact that they completely ignore me is very frustrating and unprofessional
