This company is not reputable. Two of the items that I ordered did not work as described. Company said they wanted proof via video which I could not provide as it would be a violation of my privacy. Company would not take items back and would not refund. Said that they were working to resolve the issue with me, but them stopped responding to emails- AFTER they sent an email on 6/2/2023 asking to verify a refund amount. I have been trying to deal with this company and the junk merchandise that they sent to me since the beginning of April. I have needed to send countless emails since they tell me that there is no one there to take calls. They are a company who does not stand behind the products that they sell, and place false descriptions of the products on their website to begin with, and they do not support customers in any way. DO NOT waste your time or money with anything that this company sells.Review from Logan S

Purposefully misleading shipping estimations. They say they have things in stock and it will arrive in 4 days, then they end up saying they had to special order it from overseas. Supposedly it is in transit. But it has already been over 4 days, none of the tracking numbers work, and it's not even in ******** yet. Nearly $100 order that I wouldn't have placed knowing it wouldn't ship on time, I feel seriously taken advantage of by this company.Review from Vella B

This business is a scam. I received my package and reached out same day to ask for a label to return or for a replacement. They asked for a video to prove the product didn't work which I provided immediately. 20 emails and 6 months they are still "investigating" and will not send a refund.Review from Bob D

Order 12/25/2022- 4 day ship time. It's 1/6/2022. No responses on email on status and they use a long shipping tracking number that maps to **** the Shop app. Only ordered from here because they had a specific product. Listed as being hosted in ********** ******* with an 855 number that is broken. Recommend you look elsewhereReview from John C

Item has not shipped yet. I emailed them 3 times trying to get a refund. I never have received a response. I tried calling the number **************on their website and here on the BBB site only to find out that number is no longer in service. At this point the product has not shipped, I have not received a notice it has shipped, and I no longer want the product. My only hope to get this resolved is through this BBB forum as they have in the past tried to resolve the situation.Review from Brent H

Well heck. Looking at these reviews, I can say that I had the same experience. Never got my order, haven’t received a response, says it was delivered 2 days after ordering. Their responses to the reviews seem to be lies as I haven’t received a response to my email. Give me and everyone else a refund if you are genuine.Review from Krista W.

Ordered in April and still have been received. Reached out numerous times since their tracking shows it arrived in Canada on May 29. They say their fulfillment confirms its still in transit, yet can not or will not provide me with an update tracking number. I have asked to be refunded but they stated after the item is confirmed lost in the mail, they will reship. Don't waste your money. my experience with lovegasm company was positive. i ordered from them and like most people nowadays was looking for it to be there like yesterday. they emailed me when items shipped. it took about 3 weeks for everything to arrive. these products came from overseas except for the first one which was in stock and arrived promptly. i grew up when you mailed a money order for your purchase and forgot about it because you knew it would take a while. when it arrived it was a surprise and like getting an unexpected present. nowadays people are spoiled and overnite shipping and things like that have changed peoples expectations. well, it was worth the wait. these products that i received are excellent quality, much better than products from ************. ************ products, with the exception of one, have all broken and have been discarded. customer service updated me with emails and tracking info. i will admit i found all these bad reviews and was becoming apprehensive but, ultimately my order was processed, shipped in a timely manner, and honestly, with all the crap going on in the world, i feel their performance was admirable and i'm quite satisfied. thank you bbb for letting me express this. thank you lovegasm. keep up the good work.
