. I was in a walmart in El Cajon California on September 8th. I was in an electric cart at 11 20 am I was trying to stop the cart at the soup isle and the cart would not stop. it kept going. I yelled out omg it wont stop. An employee and customer saw this and laughed. I tried to figure out how to stop the cart. I kept pressing the grey tab and nothing worked. No one at the store cared. No one cared. Manager Goldie said she would view the video and call me back. Never called. Called corporate no one returned that call until I demanded a manager call me. Mytrell finally called a week and a half AFTER the incident . He had no idea what happened So Goldie didnt tell him. He offered me a "small" gift card and I said nope that wont cut it not after what Goldie has done. I called and asked for claims. Claims told me it would take 2 weeks to investigate. I kept waiting. I was told Walmart manager had not called Cristina **** back. She apparently talked to them 20 days later. She said she found nothing on the video fo the incident. and that no one knew anything about it so claim denied. I know for a fact that a employee saw what happened. She came up to me afterwords to get to the fish display I crashed into. But NO ONE did anything. walmart has decided to sweep this incident under the rug. Ive tried to talk to managment but they ignore me. I try to call claims and they blocked my number. So walmart dont care what happens in their store. ALL they care about is getting MONEY for over priced products most of which are defective and have been recalled.Review from Kimberlee S

Back in June of this year 2024 I was injured really bad at Walmart. I have reached out to Wal-Mart on numerous occasions to try to see if they would be willing to help me by reimbursing me for my pain and suffering. They have lied to me on numerous occasions I’ve been in a boat for almost 6 months and serious pain, it is now November 2024 and they have ignored me. Give me claim numbers and never call me back. I would like to speak with someone at Wal-Mart to discuss this. I tore my Achilles broke my ankle. I have damage to my shoulder and my hand and they won’t even talk to me. The first thing they asked me was are you going to sue us? They were never concerned about my pain or if I was hurt that is so sad of Wal-Mart most of these companies, all they worry about in the suit they don’t care nothing for the customer as I stated I’m in serious pain and I have health issues with this because it’s hard for me to walk. I have to stand this boot. I can’t use my hand, hardly is limited, the pain is excruciating and it hurts bad to walk like I said and use my hand. My shoulder bothers me constantly. I just want to speak with somebody to come to some kind of resolution, but to be ignored and lied to and given all these false claim numbers shows that Wal-Mart is all about money . I have received poor poor customer service from management at the store in commerce Michigan off of Hagerty and Pontiac management over the phone by giving false statements that I’m going to call you give us give us 72 hours. Give us 36 hours. Give me a few days and nothing has been resolved. This is how they treat their customers. Everything is about money with all of these major comp, if it’s not for the customer then Wal-Mart doesn’t have money Wal-Mart the people make Wal-Mart by spending our money there now I’m laid up in this boot for the holiday. Can’t use my left hand hardly my shoulder constantly bother me and nobody cares from Wal-Mart which we already know that anyway to a person is BadReview from Ruby L

They keep auto cancelling my orders for "fraud detection". I've called 9 times and they've said they fixed it each time. I try different credit cards, etc. I then decided to chat with Walmart customer service. I sent a paragraph about my issue and the agent said "Hi! I’m .... Thank you for contacting Walmart.com. Thank you for patiently waiting on the line. Thanks for being a Walmart+ member. May I have your name please?" I've never had Amazon or Walmart ask for my name over chat, that is terrible. I'm literally logged into my account.Review from Joseph Y

Walmart Claim Services (WCS) is the best example of customer NO service I've ever experienced. On 5/8/2024 their cargo cart at the Hurricane, UT 84737 came out of the corral due to high winds and slammed into our truck causing a deep dent in the right front door and a scrape on the outside mirror. I was told by a Walmart associate I would have to file a police report! Are you kidding? No, that's what you have to do. I later found out the associate was wrong. They had clear video of the incident. They "claimed" their property damaged my property and it was their responsibility. Store manager Chris was very helpful, but that was the end of all help! I was told WCS would contact me. They finally mailed me a form that "sounded" legitimate. I called the number as requested. After 22 minutes, I hung up and emailed WCS. I received a timely reply asking for an estimate. I have 2 estimates and have forwarded numerous emails, left multiple voice mails and have made many, many calls to WCS. I've been on hold for 50 minutes, Nobody ever answers the phone. Absolutely pathetic. What goes around comes around. You reap what you sow.Review from Sandra P

I had my oil changed at Walmart in Jennings La. During the oil change my transmission fluid was drained and it was not refilled. I have filed my claim and giving all documents showing there were not any issues with my transmission and yet my claim was denied. Showed documents with the miles when my car stopped and I was no longer able to drive. I had to be towed in, the tech stated my transmission fluid was good! How can that be the case when my car stopped due to no transmission fluid in my car? I have been trying to get this resolved as I have been without a car since May 3.2024.Review from Elizabeth R

My husband and I went into Walmart today to get some nail glue ( for myself) We noticed that there was a lock on the $1.98 glue made by KISS. We asked for someone to come unlock it and waited 30 minutes for the gentleman to come with the keys to unlock it. My husband was livid. After he finally came to help us he snatched the glue from my hand and handed it to lady at the counter insinuating that we were some kind of thieves or something and then made a remark towards my husband and myself and when I reported to the manager she started laughing and did nothing about it. Unbelievable. I won't ever go back to Walmart again. If you're going to lock up $1.98 glue you don't need to have a business anyway. Walmarts customer service has gone to in a hand basket and you all keep hiring the rudest people possibly and managers that care nothing about the customers or how they are treated.Review from Maya S

I had been trying to get in contact with the Walmart claims services because, of receiving an oil change on December 29, 2023. The mechanics there didn't put on my oil filter correctly causing for my car to break down on the side of the road and me paying for to have it towed back to the shop. I have been trying to get in contact with their claims team for over the past 4 months and nothing has happened yet. My claim number is ******** and my claims manger name is Logan ****. I have yet to hear back them yet in regards to my issue. I plan on suing them because, it seems like the only way that I would be able to get a response from the department or, from the corporation as a whole.Review from Keith B

Walmart Service Center damaged all 4 alloy rims....Walmart Claims Services refuses to contact me to make an equitable settlement. An adjuster contacted me initially, then he refused to budge on a proposed settlement....tried to talk over me and low ball the price of repair....The next ploy is to ignore my claim and refuse to contact me....He tells others he is negotiating with me !! How is ignoring me....Negotiation ?? Beware of doing business with a Company that uses these tactics.....Think carefully about getting your car serviced at Walmart....If a mistake is made they may not pay...I'm finding out the hard way.Review from TDB

Due to Covid, I have been financially strapped from being full-time employed to now part-time employed and now have to live on a fixed income. My TV recently went out a few weeks ago so I had to pay less on a few bills to be able to afford a TV for my family's tv room. After putting together a few dollars I found a deal on the Walmart website (HiSense 58' TV for $180) which I purchased on 4/8 and received an email that It would be delivered on 4/12. On 4/12 I received an email /text that the TV had been delivered but it never was delivered. I later checked the website which said the same as the text. Later that night and the next morning I received a text/email that the TV would be delivered on 4/15. Later the next day I received a text/email that a refund would be initiated. This left me confused so I decided to contact Walmart Customer Service/Corporate. During the first call with the Walmart rep, I was told that this happened because Walmart had parted ways with this vendor, and the item I purchased was taken offline. So I asked the rep if I could receive a TV that was compatible with what I'd purchased and if my purchase would be honored, I was then transferred to Supervisor **** ******** I explained what I was told by the rep and he investigated the matter which he informed me that the TV is still online but the price increase was made after I made the purchase. At this point, I felt that I had been a loyal customer of this vendor and to be treated this way after I found a bargain they should honor what they had advertised. Walmart is one of the biggest vendors but to treat their customers the way I have been treated is unprofessional and inappropriate. I feel my rights as a customer have been violated because they aren't honoring what they are advertising. Please assist me immediately because this is setting us back to go without a TV for another week or two because they say that a refund may be initiated.
