    I purchased a 40x40 metal building on June 8th. 2023 paid in full and everytime I call them they keep telling me that they are waiting for a production date and my contract says 8 weeks depending on availability on materials weather or crews. I've been as nice as I possibly can and have made numerous phone calls but it seems like I'm getting the run around.

    I ordered a metal building from coast to coast on July 17,2023 and paid almost $800 deposit to them. They told me that it would take 4-6 weeks and they would deliver and set up the building. The 6 week wait had come around and I had not heard anything from them I called and they said that they had in computer the site wasn’t ready. I told them it had been ready since I ordered it and nobody told me that I had to call and tell them site was ready so she said she changed in computer it was ready and that someone from the scheduling department would be calling me in the next couple of days to set up a date for delivery. A week went by and no call so called them back This time I was told that they were waiting on the doors to come in but didn’t know when I waited another week no call I called back and got excuse this time that the so called hub station my building would be installed by in my area was waiting on “materials but couldn’t specifically tell me what materials exactly. I have emailed the supervisor which was given to me by the employee I was speaking with. They seem to be giving excuse after excuse on why I have not had my building delivered yet and it has been 3 months!! They took my $800

    I put a 20% deposit down in July 2023 hoping to get my building built before I moved here to Montana in September. We have snow coming at the end of this month. It is now October 2023 and I still have no building I call 2 to 3 times a week and all I keep getting is we’re waiting on scheduling we’re waiting on material we’re waiting on etc. I even change the color to what they had in stock so we can hurry this process up. Still nothing every time I call I say hey I need this up before the snow comes otherwise I’m going to freeze to death I am not getting anywhere.

    On June 28, 2023 I put down a deposit of $1065 for them to hold the materials for a shop building. When I was ready for installation they had sold all the color metal for my building. It has been well over the estimated time in contract for them to install the building. They don't even know when they will be able to get the material. They refuse to give back my deposit.

I also am concerned that this business "coast to coast carports" has been dissolves, thats what the secretary of states websight says.  And the company refuses to give me the name and mailing address of the owners.

    In December 2022 I paid a deposit and was told scheduling department would contact me. The contract states average wait is 6 to 8 weeks. After no contact from coast to coast scheduling department, after four months, I contacted them to cancel and requested a refund in April 2023. To date I have received no contact from this company nor have I recieved a refund.

    Damage happened on May 14th 2023. Called Coast to Coast Carports on May 17th 2023. We have a 20 year warranty for repairs due to snow or wind damage. Can not get a repair date scheduled. Have been calling for 3 months. Damage getting worse because of recent storms. And haven't had any response to my calls. They will not let me speak with management. Still not resolved as of Aug. 2nd 2023.

    Earlier this year I ordered a 42x35 foot garage from Viking steel structures, but in march I found out that my lot could only support a 30x30 garage. I called Viking back and gave them the new numbers and everything was fine. I also told Coast to Coast the the dimensions were changed. Then around the 5th of May coast to coast called me about the garage and they still had the wrong dimensions, so I had them correct the order again. I called at the end of May and June and Now July and the only answer I get is that we have not been on the schedule yet and refuse to give my money back for a product that they will not ship and install until they have more clients in New Mexico. No where in my contract says Ihave to wait for them to receive client orders to get my garage. Either they refund me my money, deliver and install my garage or I will see them in court.

    Contracted with them 4/26/23 to have a carport installed. Order # **********. So far they have collected $,1041.83 from me and I do not have a carport nor do I have an expected delivery date. They were supposed to be here yesterday, 7/18/23, to install the carport. They didn't show and didn't call and I have had no contact with them today as to what happened or when they will be here. I tried calling them today and was sent to voicemail.

    I ordered a carport from a local business February eighth twenty twenty three.. I have tried contacting coast to coast carports numerous Times. sometimes they answer sometimes they call back. Sometimes I get no response at all. i have been called to have delivery scheduled And then they never set up the delivery. I have called back for updates and have been told even after it was originally scheduled to be delivered that they were still missing parts. I have continuously contacted the company and have still not even been given an estimated delivery date. the carport was ordered to use as a stall for a pony for my two-year-old daughter. And since this carport has not been delivered as promised I have of had to pay out-of-pocket to find other means of housing the Pony.
