I have been with FSN for years and would never think of switching. They are awesome at trying to accomodate your needs and fix any technical issues that may arise which is very few. Pricing is fair where the florist actually makes the money for their work not the big website providers who take all of your profits. They are great to work with!Review from Nancy H

I ordered flowers the day before. At 1 pm my time they called. Seems my ordered was messed up. I thought it was me. But it wasn’t. They assured me the flowers would get delivered today. After 6 phone calls at 430 when there was no way I could call a florist. They called saying the flowers would not get delivered due to not having the recipients number. They assured till the last minute it wouldn’t be a problem. I felt the whole time I was being scammed. And I was

Nancy, We are sorry that your flower-buying experience was a frustrating one. Flower Shop Network develops and hosts websites for florists. Although we are the merchant of record for orders placed on these florists' websites, we do not take floral orders, create arrangements or deliver them. The florist whose website you placed the order on is the one who designs and delivers the order to the intended recipient. Every flower-buying experience should be a good one.
